hello, especially not to reproduce at home!!!

but I tried to put a garbage bag on my head and to tighten it well at the level of the neck so that the air does not pass
I held about 1 minute it's very oppressive ...not painful but very unpleasant ... we quickly run out of oxygen
I tried to do this to familiarize myself with suffocation..i tried to held more time... to see what it feels like :stuffy ears, headache
no heart beating faster but hyperventilation, look for air...

is that the feeling you get when you get poisoned with sodium nitrite?
