I have two questions for anyone that can help me out
1) I can only find metoclopramide in a syrup form. IS it ok to take it instead of the pill form?
2)Should we only take meto or follow this
and take both medications?
I am so confused because I keep finding different instructions.
Finally, my basic fear is a failed attempt. SN is a poison and that many pills that will accompany its consumption may make it even more difficult for me to not vomit.

I dont think that if someone takes P with the SN drink that P will have enough time to help alleviate the tachycardia and if taken with the AE before the SN water drink it might really slow down your heart rate. I understand that P potentiates the SN but the goal is a most peaceful death,

So today i am used a AI with a special prompt for medical questions, and this AI knows the SN Protokoll from the PPH.
I asked this AI for the SN Method with Propranolol and the AI gave me a 2 Day Timeplan.


Here is the compact and comprehensive plan, including the recommendation for Ondansetron as the preferred antiemetic:

I was able to get me to and propranolol easily with online MD service stating I have a history of migraines with nausea, and the propranolol worked great for prevention plus meto if the migraine broke through. The Dr. also prescribed another medication for immediate migraine relief I didn't fill. At first he didn't want to prescribe the propranolol, but I said what do I do about prevention, and he said he'd prescribe it since I'd taken it before and it worked (except I've not taken it)

12 hours before start fasting

2 hours before stop fluids; add electric blanket to bed and warm up bed

2 hours before 60mg Pepcid (debatable but is a regular med and will reduce reflux),400 mg.propranol (for time to reach peak dose

1 hr before: 50mg tramadol for pain reliever

45 min before 3x30 mg meto + 8 mg Zofran (per PHP)

30 mins before crush benzos, dissolve in water to make a paste, and drink (2 tabs valium, 7 tabs Xanax, 16 tabs Ativan are equivalent to the 600mg oxazempam recommended in PHP)

10 mins before measure out 25 + 25 +25 grams SN and make 3 cups 100 ml water each

5 mins before: mix SN in water, use menthol lozenge to numb throat

0 min drink 1 SN drink in 2-3 gulps, use lozenge to remove taste and reduce gagging

If vomiting occurs, drink 2nd cup

If vomiting occurs again,
drink 3rd cup

The thing is that according to my research serotonin antagonists such as ondansetron are not effective in sodium nitrite suicide because NO interacts with dopaminergic neurotransmitters so meto is the best. Plus meto helps emty your stomach faster.
The thing is that since these two AEs target different pathways involved in nausea and vomiting and they know shit about SN poisoning since it has not been studied thoroughly I lean to taking zofron as well.

I wouldn t be mixing different benzos together unless you have done it before and know how your body reacts to it. I am new to taking benzos and plan on drinking an only xanax mix.

please do post your final protocol. Drinking benzos prior to drinking the sn mixture might knock you out before having a chance to drink the actual poison.

That's my biggest question is when to take the benzos. If I wait until I drink the AN, they will take longer to onset than the SN, so what's the point?

I have only taken 0.5 mg of xanax 30 minutes prior to taking an mri and it gave me a feeling of not giving a fuck about anything. I did some personal testing and I think that I will take 1.5 mg of xanax after drinking the pain killer so that I will feel relaxed and then follow the pph protocol which suggests a massive ammount of benzos that will knock anyone out after the sn drink. I think that everyone is different and if someone has not grown a tolerance towards benzos, there is no safe way to predict the time range in which they will affect them. Another key point is being consious in the first 10 minutes so that if vommit occurs, one will be able to take a second sn drink. 10 minutes of some discomfort is not abig deal for me compaired to a failed attempt that will send me to a psych ward with permanent brain damage or organ failure. As long as we are talking about moderate discomfort. One could make a thread about asking for documentation and support. I have no experience about it and I am new to this forum.
Also bare in mind the interactions
meto and Xanax: Enhanced CNS depressant effects so will be making me feel more drowsy and unable to concentrate.
So it does make sense to me to take some bemzos beforehand

I'm showing high nitrites and nitrates on the Bartovation strips. Do you know anything about that? Some posts said that certain brands of strips always read high nitrates with nitrites but I'm not finding a specific post on Bartovation strips. Here's the pic:

I am not from the states so i am not able to purchase a wide range of aqua tests. A photo can be misleading due to the color analysis of your phone. I have researched the strips a bit and found that there is no appropriate scale for sn purity. For example your test levels from 6 to 10. Also sn is quite cheap to begin with so there is no actually point in mixing it with other substances. We are interested in the nitrite concentration and it should be close to 10ppm if you use the 1 lt cups and disperse 5 g in it. So if it resembles the 10 ppm color you are all set hopefully.

I know. PHP mentions 20x30mg oxazepam. I don't know if I'd fall asleep before SN or throw up and be unable to drink 2nd glass though. Seems peaceful to be knocked out during the pain.

I included it because it's in Stan's guide and PPH and because tachycardia can create anxiety or panic. Plus it might help with unconsciousness with lowering BP. I think Vizzy was working on making things simpler, though, and took it out. I wish we had more successful protocol examples.

Thankyou. Your post is incredibly helpful. However, im in the uk and most of whats on the list is precription only - how do i get hold of the antiemetics ? I have bisoprolol nt propanolol though, which is a start.
Havent been around awhile as things have been horrible. Massive medical cockups and ongoing neuro issues but as my ex succeeded in getting me labelled by medics im basically fucked. Everything is intolerable rn; no likelihood of getting better and yesterday was hell. It was either stayed glued to the chair or head to a bridge i know without cameras. Need to tie up a few loose ends first but am now absolutely resolute. Life sucks and isnt going to improve, i can guarantee it.

Option #2 also has 7.5gm Morphine SR: is it necessary? What would be the impact of including 7.5gm of Morphine SR? What do you think of the change of AEs to include Ondansetron? What are your thoughts and suggestions on these 2 options? I am open to come up with a third option that would be the best of all. Thank you in advance to your help on this
