I should be getting meto within the next few weeks so I can finally carry out my SN protocol. Here's my protocol so far.

  1. Fast 8 hours
  2. Take 3x10 mg Metoclopramide 1 hour before SN drink
  3. Take 200 mg of crushed Hydroxyzine mixed with water 45 minutes before SN drink
  4. Prepare 300mg of propranolol with water.
  5. After 45 minutes pass or when I begin feeling drowsy from the Hydroxyzine, I'm going to drink the SN and 300mg of propranolol.
I've tested it and it takes me around 45 minutes to get drowsy from the Hydroxyzine. I'll take it again 2 more times to really be sure it takes 45 minutes to get me drowsy.

I'm putting this here to help anyone with these specific medications out. I personally found that there was lacking information on Hydroxyzine as a replacement for benzos so I made this thread in hopes of changing that.

Good setup in my opinion.

I have one suggestion: take hydroxyzine after you take SN. Onset of hydroxyzine is around 15-30 minutes so I worry if you take them too fast you already knock yourself up before taking SN. If you still have leftover hydroxyzine you can try to see if you can still drink water before you pass out.

I plan on adding 800mg of cimetidine to my protocol and was potentially thinking of leaving out the Hydroxyzine instead so my new updated plan would look like this:

  1. Fast 8 hours
  2. Take 3x10 mg Metoclopramide 1 hour before SN drink
  3. Take 800 mg of crushed cimetidine mixed with water 30 minutes before SN drink
  4. Prepare 300mg of propranolol with water in the 30 minute time frame.
  5. After 30 minutes pass I'm going to drink the SN and 300mg of propranolol.
I'm not sure how the Hydroxyzine is going to interact with the cimetidine since they are both antihistamines but a simple search told me yes but I'm not sure what effects it would have on my CTB. I wouldn't want any unwanted surprises. What do you think of my new protocol?

Hello, do you happen to know how many ml equal 300 mg of propylene glycol? 🙄

I searched it up and it's different for each liquid and medication. According to AI, 300 mg of propylene glycol is about 0.29 ml.

Thanks for replying... well, the book I have on suicide says that Dignitas, in the protocol involving N, uses 10 ml of propylene glycol; based on your research, though, 10 ml seemed like a lot to me (my protocol is N). Oh well... 10 ml—or less—might not really matter, since I'm going to die anyway! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤭
