Hey everyone, I hope you've been well no matter what situation you might be in.

I have some questions regarding the SN protocol and would love to have those answered. Any extra info, precautions, suggestions, etc. are all welcome and appreciated as well :)

  1. Should you use distilled water for the SN protocol?
  2. Do you have to lay down flat on the ground? I would prefer to sit with my back against a tree unless it's impractical.
  3. Should you wait (and if so, how long?) for the SN to dissolve in water before consuming?
  4. How important is using propranolol for the SN protocol? What does it do in this case?
  5. Can Benadryl replace Oxazepam in the SN protocol?
  6. Would it be okay to cover my face with a balaclava (besides the eyes) right before passing out?

1. distilled water isn't necessary
2. lay flat on the ground may be the most comfortable position, I think Vizzy's guide suggests to lay on the right side
3. SN dissolves easily, just stir and that's it.
4. It's there to reduce tachycardia, but it's not essential for a success
5. Benzos aren't necessary, good to have them. Idk whether Benadryl wold be strong enough or not.
6. I'd not cover my face bc vomiting is possible even after you passed out
