I Know It's Today- Goodbye Post

Hi everyone,

It's time for me to check out. I'm going with the SN method and will be taking it at 4am GMT. I hope some of you can be here with me so I'm not alone. I've seen lots of these threads and it always strikes me how caring this community is. Thank you so much to all of you for your kindness.

4pm- Start fast
1:30AM- Propranolol- 50mg
2AM- Stop drinking
2AM- Buccastem M- 4 x 3mg
3AM- 1000mg paracetamol
3:30am- 4 5ml spoonful (20ml) Milk of Magnesia
4am- 20g SN in 50ml water

I'll keep this thread updated and comment for as long as I can. I can't wait for the anxiety, depression and pain to stop.

Just sorting out the delayed emails. Running a bit behind schedule so looking like 4:30 right now. I'm in a hotel room for the night so it really has to be today. I've had the propranolol so hopefully that will help any anxiety. I feel anxious but calm at the same time. It's weird.

Just know you don't have to feel the pressure to do this because of the hotel. I hope whatever you choose to do, you're at peace with your decision.

I've taken the Buccastem and sceduled the emails. I've been putting this off for a long time now and just need to get it done. I tried jumping and couldn't do it so SN seems to be the best option avaliable to me. I'm proud of what I achieved in life and now each day just feels so long and painful. I'm going to miss my girlfriend the most. I love her so much and she is literally the most wonderful person in the world. I feel pretty young to be going at 26 but I've come to accept that now is my time.

I hope that your exit is the way that you hope for it to be, if this is what you choose in the end. Just know that no matter what you've already done - scheduled emails, hotel room, etc - you can change your mind at any time. You are very young and it sounds as though you have someone who you love and who loves you very much.

She has a good strong family and friends who will support her. To be honest she deserves so much more than me, and I hope she finds someone who will take care of her both emotionally and financially.
