Sadly having kept in contact with me every minute up until she fell unconscious I can only now presume that she is out of it. I won't share her story at the moment in case she somehow comes back from this, but it's so tragic. She was a lovely young lady and I'm glad that we got chatting. Please (real name hidden) be at peace and I'm so sorry for what you went through.

I am new to the platform and have seen some users create these goodbye threads and update it till they could. I do have a question about the safety of the platform and the other users on the platform. It's fair to assume that they don't really have the time to wipe out their browser history. They may not even have time to even close the tab. Isn't their a factor of risk involved with the authorities discovering the platform and other users comments? Isn't their a risk of this platform getting banned if authorities all over the world keep discovering and blaming this platform for the suicides?

The authorities across the world already know about this forum. In several countries this website has been delisted from search engine results. Banning is unlikely. The website is based in the USA and is protected by the first amendment.

It has happened in a few countries already, but this place is hosted in the US where they can't shut it down (1st amendment, etc.). Many governments WANT to ban it, but it's not easy because stuff here isn't strictly illegal in most countries. We do NOT encourage anyone to CTB. I have never seen anyone even suggest someone do it.

Thank you guys for all the goodbye messages but unfortunately I somehow survived. My dog had a doorbell to go outside for a wee and he was pressing the doorbell for a while which alerted my neighbours :/ I'm currently in ICU and I've had 5 doses of methylene blue and my sats aren't coming up

My chest is sore from cpr my breathing feels horrible my arms are sore from all the ABGs and VBGs but they put an art line in so they dont have to stab me every 30 mins. I can hardly breathe with the high flow of oxygen its blowing my brains out its that powerful, Ive got a really bad headache and my throat is sore
