this is it, my ctb date has come, and I'll be dead in about 2 hours...

I have been fasting for the past 8 hours already and followed the 48-hour protocol with metoclopramide. I have 2 air-tight containers with 25g of SN each that I will measure and mix 50mL of water into.

before heading out to my chosen location in the woods, I'll have 600mg ibuprofen, 500mg gabapentin, and 30 mg metoclopramide. then once I get there I'll take 6 antacid tablets and 250 mg Benadryl, and of course, the SN mixture.

thank you to everyone on this website who listened to me and showed support. i hope all of you find peace, in whichever way you choose. thank you for giving me a place to share my emotions without judgement. this will be my last post here. goodbye.
