from the book, it said to fast for a few hours and take 10mg of meto x 3 then crush your benzos and put 2 glasses of 2 mix of sn and water with the ratio instructed
but here it's like, much more convoluted like 3 500mg paracetamol or something, won't you get a painful organ failure before an even takes you? or why do we need to take meto a full 48 hours before, is it for gastric reflux? i have gastric reflux, i also have a 100 tablets of domperidone x 2 — so do i follow that? if i just take sn impulsively (only planning a day for it like the book, i wake up, dont have breakfast, dont even drink liquids, at midnight drink the sn and benzos, would that leave me with a damaged kidney or liver that i would need dialysis forever for?
