Been reading this entire thread for around an hour now. Hoping he's okay and getting the medical help he needs. I do doubt he'll be back to update soon as family and perhaps doctors will be looking over him. If he see's this, you deserve the best and i hope you get time to heal and rest after this scary experience.

This is awful to hear and if he has successfully passed after such an ordeal then I hope it wasn't too painful or uncomfortable. If he is still alive, then I hope the repercussions and fallout isn't too severe. He will likely be sectioned/locked up in a psych ward as a result of the attempt, but I wish him peace from whatever comes after the attempt and ordeal. Again, this is a really tough and horrible predicament to be in, not only is it horrible to fail and suffer through the attempt, but also the consequences and repercussions that stem from it.

There is no report. I believe he is alive but in hospital as of current. It seems rude to speculate further so let's wait for an update as of now.

We chatted a little and I know he had bad experiences in psyche wards in the past. So, I really hope- for his sake that if that happened, they are being kinder to him.

It isn't peaceful but is the best and most accessible option for many. Peaceful death would require a lot of resources which means money and the opportunity to acquire the resources you need. It's easy and simple, that is why it's a recommended method. It is not a nice one though, not by a long shot. Overdose in general is terrible-as someone who has overdosed. Our body fights so incredibly hard to stay alive, it's sort of funny.

This breaks my heart.

When I'm panicked and crying, I tend to sob "I'm sorry, I'm sorry" over and over and it seems Hopeful was in repetition of his trauma as he was crying, too.

The skies open once again - the sky is crying, I'm crying - I'm sorry, Hopeful - I wish I could've protected child you.

Following this thread and his others since over a month ago has been a journey.
They really tried and studied a lot. And the pain is obvious.
The support in this thread, especially by some, has been inspiring.
Whether it was to help him go through or after things seemed to go wrong, he was in good hands.

I believe it's the standard procedure when someone attempts and the assumption is the attempt was successful.

If Hopeful is alive and in hospital, if he ever chose to come back to this forum, he could message a mod and have his account back.

If I'm wrong on the unstriking of the account, please correct me.

No, I don't know where he got his sn. He most likely tested it, most people do so but i'm not sure due to the fact that he hasn't updated us when he probably tested the sn.

He vomited and typed again very quickly. He couldn't have been feeling too sick to do that. It took him one minute to vomit, then drink the second glass, then type a message.

I hope he's ok and either got help or is at peace, either way.

imo anyone who takes real SN not nitrate or not 6 percent sn . Real SN from a reliable company 97% plus that is not expired and kept stored in a cool dark place . imo anyone who takes SN like that and doesn't go the ER or hospital within 4 hours will not be alive.

If he went to the hospital he could still be alive.

Another way they can survive is if they have the antidote methylene blue

Serious brain damage is a risk with any method; that's the very nature of the beast! This person seems to have taken the SN and immediately regretted their decision, which leaves them in worst of all worlds.

Rarely they come back to report someone found them and got them to a hospital, or a few had such bad headaches they called for an ambulance. But I recall one had to crawl to the door to let them in because he could barely move.

The antidote is what they give at the hospital. It's infused into a vein. It's not something you can give yourself.

He did not mention feeling his heart racing or having a headache. Most people mention feeling their heart racing almost immediately.

it's haunting, the post about how he wishes this didn't happen and just wanted to play games sent chills down my spine. i feel terrible for him, he didn't deserve this

Does anyone know if he took propranalol to slow his heart rate? I'm surprised he didn't mention his heart beating fast.
Most people do mention that and say it's scary.
