I have all those in big quantities, and could add megadoses of propranolol, pregabalin, quietiapin and mirtazapine. What's the worst that could if I also go to a secluded forest with under 10 degrees C/50 degrees F and stip in my underwar and just lay there, or better, tie myself to a tree. The worst could happen is what?

Organ damage, neurological impairment, or chronic pain, exacerbate existing mental health issue. Losing your ears, some fingers, or toes to hypothermia but not dying. You'd probably die of thirst before anything else in that scenario unless it got colder or wet and windy, even then death by cold is unlikely at 50f imo. Unless you went butt naked or something but even then that's not that cold and it'd be a slow process. You'd be more liable to lose body parts imo.

As @SchrodingerIsDed pointed out, the worst case scenario is totally catastrophic. This is the case with most methods though.

Well, you can pretty much forget about quetiapine & mirtazapine. They are non lethal psych meds.
With alcohol you're looking at possible liver failure which is long term suffering.
Honestly, drugs & alcohol are terribly unreliable & rough on the body.
OD in general have about 95% failure & risk of physical or mental disability. 🤗🌹💔

Maniac116 already answered that well here.

This is why it won't work:

And you can check this one, too:

Low to moderate probability. Overall you're probably looking at doing your body some significant long-term damage and not successfully ctb'ing, either.

that's not entirely true, he said he has huge opioid doses, if what he has is let's say 2 grams of pure fentanyl then yea it's a high probability, now if it's like 3 oxy then no

True good point. But it depends on which he has and in what quantities, since he wasn't clear. If he has many more benzos than opiates, then it's useless. He'd need hundreds or thousands of pills.

I missed the title somehow and was only reading the description, haha.

Shit that's all you'd need is a nice big dose of an opioid in addition to some benzos. The issue is the reliability is still low to moderate, and narcan is so prevalent. And yeah if it's fent, a dab will do ya most likely. Luckkkky.
