Oscar worthy performance

I just wanna congartulate myself on a fine performance this morning. I presented a case of (true) severe acid reflux and (fake) frequent violent vomiting to my doc and spicing it up with some (fake) enthusiasm for the life ahead of me I got myself a prescription for meto and a H2 blockator antacid. No more russian pharmacies, wrong deliveries and scepticism. Confidence is rising.

Thank you. It is. Getting these meds from an actual pharmacy gives me the security I lacked, as they are the most important part of the method. My fresh batch of SN shipped today and will be arriving in a week. I trust the source as it was mentioned on this forum as reliable, and I've tested the SN myself on the previous batch, somewhere in April/May. The only thing I lack is propranolol. I have the long release version. Will probably just crush the pills and put them in capsules since it's super bitter and would make the coctail even worse than it already is.
All in all, I'm almost ready. Everything has to be perfect for this. I won't waste another chance and rush things only to wake up in intensive care. This time I'm doing it right.
All I need now is to dare...
