How reliable is SN?

I have my SN here since a month. I ordered Meto on top and will recieve it next week.

If 25g in 50ml water is taken, together with 48 hours Meto protocol, how big is the chance to suceed?

Are there case where someone failed, although taken Meto and fast forä at least 8 hours?

What are the reasons for failing?

If you know what you're doing, the only rather unpreventable reasons would be vomiting or being found. Best wishes, hope you're doing alright.

Reasons are usually calling for help or puking, which sometimes happens antiemetic or not. I believe there have been cases where people have puked despite antiemetics like meto, but I don't have links. Could probably be found in the threads mentioned above.

If you don't mind me asking, did you get prescribed meto, or did you order elsewhere?

It was no problem to order it. I am from Germany and found a source within Europe.

If you don't vomit at all the 25g you will not wake up the next day... But ~95% of people vomit. Or more... So only other glasses are a real guarantee. It is possible to vomit while unconscious.

It is possible to survive SN only if not enough makes it into your blood.
So if you don't vomit then no, it would be close to impossible to survive that much.
Even if you vomit before with 25g many people still die if they didn't vomit immediately but like ~10 minutes in because their body already absorbed enough.
Generally, 25g isn't necessary for most people, less than half will usually do the trick, but when you ctb you don't want to rely on "a high chance" you want to make it 100%, that's why 25g.

If you do vomit while being unconscious you're most likely still going to die for two reasons.
1. You might simply suffocate on your vomit.
2. By the time you lose consciousness ~10 - 20 minutes in your body has already absorbed enough, if you do end up throwing up after already being unconscious you'll most likely still die from what's in your system already.

Consider that people generally die from lower dosages as well, the big difference being that lower dosages take longer to kill you and longer for you to fall unconscious, meaning a longer time to deal with the - not exactly painful, but uncomfortable - side effects.
Meaning if you fall unconscious quickly you already have taken in more SN than people that fall unconscious late (~40m - 1h) and still die from it.

tldr How reliable is it? - essentially as reliable as a chemical method can get

I think i will just prepare 3 glasses, each with 25g SN and 50ml water. In case i vomit i will drink 2nd glass, if i vomit again i will drink 3rd glass.

Unlikely since it's not the amount of poison in your stomach that triggers throwing up, but the amount of poison your body detects in your entire system.
Wait I'm just realising thats bs, you throw up when you drink too much alcohol too quickly, you don't throw up when you're severely intoxicated but don't drink anymore alcohol. ...I think? I don't have much experience with alcohol.

Anyway, I don't think a few minutes would make a difference, perhaps if you drank it little by little over the course of some 2 hours f.e.
But then you'd have to worry about metabolical rates and all that stuff, would be certainly interesting if someone who knows more about metabolism could do some calculations on absorption rate, conversion rates of methemoglobin from and back to hemoglobin, SN concentration in the blood over time, etc.

You can do that, stomach resistant capsules, not gelatine ones.
But overall it's tricky to figure out the timing since they're not going to be released immediately and also not all at once.

I don't think so - 25g in 50ml is not the same as 15g in 50ml and 10g in 50ml. That would be 25g in 100ml and Stan's Guide advises to use as little water as possible since we don't want to dilute the SN too much.

Holy shit... News articles suggesting people are dying from 0.5g-1.5g of SN ingestion. Stans guide says you need 20g, so this seems pretty much a 100% method then even if you violently vomit?

@Altalune @AntiAll i just came across some posts where you guys said you were med students so idk if this interests you at all but would be nice to have a little science lesson on metabolism to reassurance folks on SN.
