I survived my my shitty attempt now im pissed wtf I thought half s bottle of nyquil and an couple melatonin could kill me in my sleep guess not wtf God why are you keeping me alive!?

Surely as an adult you would know that these things aren't going to kill you..
You need to read more of the site and do more research.
What dose of the Nyquil did you take? Acetaminophen (paracetamol) may kill you at high enough doses, but painfully and slowly; it'll take a few weeks.
I'd advise going to the hospital - I'd actually advise going to see a doctor anyway.

19 was when I first attempted to CTB. You're not stupid, you're young. We all made those kinds of mistakes in our teens and even 20s. I know its hard with your friend blocking you and things seeming bleak but you found these forums. Try talking to some of the people here they are kind and caring and can help.

Work out what dose you took.
But surely you knew that it would take more than three ibuprofens, or two melatonins, or half a bottle of Nyquil for you to be mortally injured?
I mean I was 19 and ill-informed once too, but I OD'd on boxes and boxes of meds rather than just a few tablets, I was still wrong but..
I don't know, something's not quite adding up for me

Today I have taken a spoon of an expired cough syrup, 2 paracetamols, 1 Ambien, 1 Diazepam, ate a bit of cottage cheese that seemed kind of off, had coffee on an empty stomach and vaped a lot, despite my cough. Why am I not dead yet?????

I'm concerned that your methods so far will not only not help you achieve your goal, but also put you at greater risk of both long term health consequences and involuntary commitment to a mental health facility. I wouldn't want that to happen to you.
Reading through the resources provided on the site not only provides you with information on how to best succeed if you plan to ctb, but it also reveals the severity of what a successful method looks like. In other words, you realize just how difficult it is to kill yourself, and what is required in terms of planning and commitment.

You have been on the forum for barely 3-4 days, so it is understandable, in addition to your young age, why you lack the relevant information.
Unless you're trolling all of us, which is not likely, you must undestand that suicide is a very serious matter, in fact by far the most serious act you will ever do.
So you MUST use this forum to inform yourself about various methods.
There is no better place, in fact this is probably the ONLY place where such info is available.
You found the site, so you made a humongous (huge) step forward... and that is great, but only as a starting point.
Now get a pen and a paper, go though some threads in the "suicide resource compilation" section... and take some notes.
Make sure you don't leave that notebook at home when going to school or out, because you don't really want your parents to see it.
Stop contemplating an overdose of any kind as a possibility, because no pills will kill you (absolutely no single kind of medicine would, no matter the quantity).
Probably the easiest method would be hanging, it is quite simple and effective, and even some kids 7-12 years old succeed in it.
But read each topic very carefully, don't rush, as suicide is the most important act you will ever do, and there is no space for mistakes.
If you need any advice, feel free to send me, or any other older member, a private message... ask anything you wish to know, you don't really need to open a new thread every time you need some info or an advice. But of course, you MAY start a new topic any time you feel like it.
My main point - do your research ASAP... and forget anything you think you know about suicide that you learned from movies and such.
You have all the time in the world, death awaits us all inevitably, so there is no need to rush... because no one can afford to make a single mistake with suicide.
