Method What else do I need for the SN method?

I have been trying to prepare everything I need for the SN method and so far I think I have the essentials.

• SN
• Meto
• Xanax

I wanted to know if there is anything else I should get to improve my chance of succeeding on my first attempt?

I think ibuprofen and milk magnesia are recommended but is there anything else?

Also are there any recommended brands or "types" of ibuprofen or milk magnesia I should use?

I'm getting really close to CTB and want to make sure I do this correctly.

I've got everything you have too although I have Propranolol.

I think Ibuprofen is needed as a painkiller but I don't know about milk of magnesia since Antacid is not recommended anymore.
