Help SN and antacid

I see differing opinions on here, apparently the current PPH doesn't recommend it, but then I also saw some people do the chemistry and say it is important... I'm still figuring out if/how to get meto, might have to do without. I do have benzos (xanax).

Is there even an objective "right" answer to it? People die from SN using a variety of protocols. I'd fast for 24 hrs prior to have an empty stomach.

I keep seeing one thing being repeated over and over: do not fast for much more than the recommended 8 hours, because it will result in an excess of stomach acid.

I also have Xanax. What is your plan regarding Xanax, crushing 30mg and drink after the SN? I feel the quantities stated in protocol is too high. My plan is to take 3mg of Xanax 30 min before SN.

I only have 7.5mg, I'll crush it, mix with water and and drink it after the SN. I'll have 3x 35g SN drinks just in case I throw up since I don't have meto rn and idk if I'll be able to source it within 50 days. (I weigh over 100kg hence the higher SN quantity.)
