im slowly trying to gather what i need in case i ctb using the SN method. for the antiemetic, can Ondansetron (Zofran/Zoron) (4mg) do the trick instead of Metoclopramide (as recommended in the SN megathread)? the first is a serotonin blocker, the second is a dopamine blocker. i dont have a lot of other choices, nothing else is sold OTC.
and also need to know where to get acid regulators + which lol

I've had the same question, since I only have ondansetron and am too anxious to ask for meto. Ondansetron is very effective at blocking nausea it seems, in my personal experience too (it always gives me a little headache though). I know meto is nice because it speeds the absorption of sn, but that's more of a little added benefit. I plan to take propranolol to help with anxiety and also reduce HR, just since I have it on hand and don't have a benzo. But I wonder if serotonin vs. dopamine blocking is a significant difference when it comes to fighting sn nausea. I'd be curious.
