Do you plan on using SN in house with other people around? If so, it probably wouldnt work because if you are found they will instantly know you took SN/have methemoglobinemia because of cyanosis and they will immediately give you the antidote.

Not at all, you should look for my thread of my plan with SN. I have everything very detailed there. I have modified a couple of points but nothing more. I will use an Airbnb, with a margin of hours until I am found. I am very detail-oriented in almost everything I do, I can't help but be so in something as important as CTB...

You should ideally mix it before you drink it. In regards to storage SN is quite good at keeping its purity, keep it out of direct sunlight and store it in a sealed container it can last for years

I am trying to get my stuff sorted, I know I just made an account, but I have been reading stuff on this forum for years, and I finally gave up with fighting (my illness became worse as well) so I am trying to get everything. its really really salty, like salty to the point it kinda jolts you awake when you down it

However I'm more convinced it's easier to get all the required substances for a SN ctb. I'm based in the UK, so please share sources via PM please because I want to go asap. think there's no wrong answer as long as you do atleast 8h and drink enough water

I could be completly wrong.
But when you look at anti psychotics or anti depressants, they are mostly some from of receptor antagonist (be it dopamine or seritonin) and take a while to build and take effect. If a dopamine antiemetic is needed over an antihistamine based antiemetic it may hold true.

Could be wrong, as i said i asked questions and didnt really get an answer so did my own research. Im no chemist.

I've been trying hard with inert gas but struggling so I think I need to change methods. I have been suffering for 30 years and need to CTB soon while still possible.

Hi everyone, thanks so much for these SN threads. I tried inert gas method a couple times and I'm not sure it's going to work for me, so I want to have SN as a backup.

I've sourced the RXs I need. My big question is whether the SN below is ok to use? I found food grade but only as a 50lb container and it's going to cost over $300 with shipping. I figure that's pretty suspicious whereas this is only $20 plus shipping. This reagant grade is from a biology supply so it should be fairly pure but I can't tell. There isn't a COA.

As far as I can tell the website you mentioned is the Portugal website people have used but I don't know.for sure. When I'm checking out a source to see if it's legit, I check online for reviews, check Google for physical location, and call the number and ask them an unrelated question like what are your hours or do you ship to XYZ and see how they answer.

I hope that helps. I'm still stuck trying to to source SN here in US. It's gotten very difficult. The Lisbon site said it doesn't ship outside EU unfortunately. I may possibly have found one in US, but I'm worried about the safety checks people have posted about when ordering. I don't know if this is happening with all ordrlers or just from certain websites.

The store has good reviews and has a verifiable physical location. He doesn't specialize in chemicals so I don't expect the material to be accompanied by a quality certificate (even if on the site they declare a purity >99%). In the meantime I tried to place the order (they only sell 1 kg packs). I haven't received feedback via email yet... If it can be useful for someone in Europe, I'll keep you updated (I'm sorry for you that they don't ship to the US: best wishes for your research).

1) I can only find metoclopramide in a syrup form. IS it ok to take it instead of the pill form?
2)Should we only take meto or follow this

and take both medications?
I am so confused because I keep finding different instructions.
Finally, my basic fear is a failed attempt. SN is a poison and that many pills that will accompany its consumption may make it even more difficult for me to not vomit.
3)And another question since SN will probably cause vomiting, days before the ctb day should we prepare our stomach by eating healthy or by eating a lot of junk food so that sn will be better tolerated?
4)Finally according to google the left side is the the best sleeping position for digestion, so why is it recommended to sleep on the right side?

Perhaps you could look for a logistics service that forwards from Portugal to the US, creating a temporary address. I'm trying (as a second option) something like this for a store in Poland that doesn't ship to Italy (but through services like shopogolic, it's possible to 'triangulate'). Furthermore, I have no idea whether the Polish product I found is one of those indicated in the acronyms (initial B, six letters, final S)

@andreamysk great ideas. After I posted this I found a source in US on a huge warehouse site that won't check contents - was very hard to find, but it should arrive Monday. Going to test purity when it gets here. Fingers crossed! If that doesn't work out, I'll look into your suggestion. Hopefully it would clear customs. Thank you!

Read Stan's SN guide

The last revision of the guidelines indicated that antacid was not recommended, I think it was because SN was absorbed more slowly (could antacid affect the functioning of the stomach?) but I am not sure about that.


I think that no source can get it to you in less than 1 week.... Furthermore, people who have only been on the forum for a short time, who do not have many messages and barely interact with the rest are not candidates to receive sources.

Hold on a little longer, you may find the source yourself.

I was wondering if someone can explain that when you swallow a poison they say do not induce vomittjng as it speeds up the body's absorbency to the poison yet we are told not to vomit.

I'm not a doctor, so take these considerations for what they're worth:
-syrup instead of pills: I think it's just less immediate to reach the recommended dose (I don't know what concentration is present and how many spoons/milliliters correspond to the suggested grams)
-Metoclopramide vs ondasetron: both act at a neuronal level, one is an antagonist of dopamine, the other of serotonin (I therefore imagine if they reinforce each other)
