Of 23 poisoned kids all are fine but one is serious I'll. I guess they got emergencies quick but wow to an outsider it would seem like a ineffective poison.

That's actually my biggest concern. The website doesn't specify the purity percentage. But, the package came with this science jargon document/paper.

View attachment 9945

What should I do? Should I try ordering SN again from more reputable sources?
It looks like it's 100% pure, at least that's what I'm seeing in section 2.

Can someone please help me out about the general stance of using Loperamide to counter sodium nitrite/azide diarrhea effects?

Theory: Maybe accidentally poisoning people to death with SN is not possible because nobody puts 4 tablespoons of salt into one meal and if so - it would have been not eaten because too salty.

Look up the tracking number on the USPS site. Athens airmal doesn't track packages in the US after they hit customs.
Thanks <3
It says it's in New York via USPS now

People usually eat about 5 grams of salt per day in total, which is about a teaspoon. I'd say that 5g would be enough to do some damage which is why we have cases of accidental poisoning.

SN should work really quick, right? I mean, if it wouldn't start working in 30 minutes, the person should call help?

Yes relatively quickly. No just make sure what you have is +98% pure SN beforehand. There is no way a person can survive over 70% methemoglobinemia for an extended period of time (over an hour or so).

In the last exit stream, Nitschke explains how thing happen. You guys should check the stream again. Loss of consciousness is within 15 minutes.

i cannot make sure, unfortunately. i have SN from ebay, a privately-made one, although it looks fine, and the reviews are all fine.
it's my backup plan, I dont' have a way to put my hands on apc pure or sth similar.

That is for people whom are over the age of 70. There are no reports of younger people.

My advice would be to keep looking for a reputable source. However, you've probably done that so I would recommend looking perhaps one more time. Be careful when communicating with suppliers if that is what you want to do. You need to know a believable use for privately delivered SN.

Thats probably why he referred a dose of 20 to 25g. Young people especially healthy people should take a higher dose, max 25g and use acid regulator to be sure.

"It takes just 8 grams of sodium nitrite to kill a 100-pound pig"

"The problem is when we take sodium nitrite out of a container, it pulls moisture out of the air and loses its lethal properties"

Maybe people have failed because they've exposed the sodium nitrate to air. I think the most important thing about this method is to keep the SN in the air right container and never open it until you need it.

I put mine in a sealed plastic bag, yes in fact sodium nitrite degrades into sodium nitrate when in contact of air. However this is a slow process, I'm not sure even if not sealed that in a month it is wasted. Over a year most likely yes, but sodium nitrite can be conserved over a long period of time if properly stocked (away from heat sources, sun etc) and properly sealed.

Kukubananas took meclizine and something else I think, I tried to link their post but don't know how. I searched in search engine for mezclizine and SN and came across their post. But if you look you will find.

Do you know where the requirement for 98+% purity originates? It's not mentioned in PPeH, and I don't recall PN ever mentioning it, although in demonstrations he uses something labeled as 99.5%.

I'm curious about this, because one of the companies linked in the PPeH to purchase it, sciencecompany[.]com, lists the purity of their SN as only 95% in the Safety Data Sheet.

Well to sum this up: the lower the purity, the higher the dose. It is actually a pretty big deal.

Thinking of purchasing the following and could use a final confirmation if these are good?

SN

Primperan (Meto)

Ranitidine
Or
Tagamet

Tagamet as mentioned in first post of this thread and Ranitidine is suggested by members a number of times, which one should I go for?

I don't know anything about if it's a strong enough antiemetic or not, but the antiemetic needs to be a Dopamine blocker for it to work and Mezclizine fits that criteria.

Maybe instead of the recommeded 15mg of Sn we should take like 100mg to be sure. Overdosing on an overdose just in case your Sn supplier has low purity stuff and mislabeled it as higher

I thought about that ( taking 50g) and came to the conclusion that it would exacerbate the side effects, vomiting, headache, seizures etc.

Primperan (metoclopramide) is uncommon to come by on ebay nowadays. Definitely jump at the opportunity. Tagamet is what you want, but if you cannot get it Ranitidine is a good substitute.

I'll be swapping to Sodium Azide as my method of choice. I no longer feel that SN is worth it. Especially when there is concern that I can be resuscitated methylene blue if in the chance I am caught.
