Can anyone explain the differences between using either: Cimetidine (Tagamet), Rantidine (Zantac), or Famotidine (Pepcid).

They're all H2-antagonists, but what are the advantages/disadvantages/differences between using one or the other?

For the record, I'll also be taking a benzo, propranolol, paracetamol, and metoclopramide alongside the SN.

Shit, I'm really sorry. I always do this. Idk why I can't shut up. You were just giving a fair warning to people and I made an unwarranted accusation. I have issues, just ignore me. I shouldn't be around people.

It's okay. You've probably heard a lot of similar things from pro lifers in your life. I just think it's important for people to be informed. You haven't done anything wrong and you seem like a nice person

I finally found a place on the web where I can buy SN. The fact is that they claim the powder to be "pure", what does that mean ? I thought 99% was the norm, I never saw pure SN.
Can I send the product to someone in PM so you can confirm it's legit ?
Thanks guys.

My SN finally came!
I have a Percocet and two Ativan a friend gave me after surgery. No antiemetics, because you can still throw up and I don't want to spend a bunch of money on something not guaranteed. Should I have ibuprofen as well just in case? I don't want to have too many things on the chance it'll mess with the SN.

I will only take SN and just ibuprofen.

Does anyone know where to get it in Argentina?
How do i know if this is the real one?

Another thing....
If this method works why people hang themselves?
Do you know someone who has actually died from SN?

Are anti-emetics/anti-acids actually required or just optional? Asking because I can't get any

They are not required but would help the process. The only thing required is your body absorbing a lethal amount of SN, meaning you need to try not to vomit too soon or maybe re-dose if you do vomit right away.

Is there a thread discussing the pain and/or scary symptoms experienced by survivals of SN? Just to make clarity about the real level of peacefulness or discomfort or pain that only a survivor can describe.
thank you

Yeah, there are a bunch of failed attempts where people report what it was like recovering. Most of them received medical care and didn't seem too bothered by any symptoms. A few people didn't receive medical care but were able to recover just fine.

Obviously there were symptoms and they were uncomfortable, but it wasn't any severe pain or anything. This is just the general consensus.

Their are many threads of people witnessing someone trying to CTB, some from people themselves after they have taken it. threads on people that survived etc. you just have to search through it all and decide for yourselves what you believe/if you believe whats written.

then you also have peoples ideas on the method, what you should/shouldn't take using this method.

there's alot of info, alot of people have put alot of effort into. you should be able to gauge an opinion from it all, just takes alot of reading unfortunately( i know we all don't have the patience ,me included)

Thank you. I agree totally: it takes a lot of patience and also trust. Hoping for a megathread, but it would take a lot of time and energy that I would be glad to invest in, but I don't have enough energy at all: I have just to enough to sustain myself, order prescriptions, call my GP, book medical appointment, read a little and write these few word with both great effort and discomfort, but not withouth lack of will and determination.

There's a persone that ctb'd with SN while in video contact with another member (don't remember the thread): it looked like there's no much of discomfort, some degree of dispnea I think but also loss of consciusness in 10 minutes after dispnea: a thing that I hope it helped the final voyage. But who knows: I've seen my father die by COPD in 5 days, fighting with dispnea and single lament for each single breath taken, despite analgesia, help from nurses and a chief doctor with great heart an compassion (a doctor with a sense of ethics and compassion that are very rare on these days, very rare: a doctor's interest or limited time always comes first in their profession, as I learned from personal experience).

Thank for your reply, I'll be reading as much as I can jumping from a thread to another and try to make myself and idea, hoping that that idea is the right one

Would you say SN is very durable as long as it's sealed? Like it wouldn't be affected by above average room temperature or some moisture in the room(like from mopping, for example)?

Its meant to be stored at room temperature. whether you choose to go off the "normal" definition or the scientific definition of this is upto you( i choose scientific)

Do not store near combustible materials. Store in a tightly closed container. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from incompatible substances. Do not expose to air.

There is a thread somewhere(possibly stans) and it has something about antidepressants. I think i read with some you don't need an anti-e, but i'd double check on that

I have bipolar disorder so I have to take horrible psych meds. I don't see any way to check if my 4 meds interact with sodium nitrite. I take Zyprexa which is supposed to be an antiemetic. I take Klonopin so that works as a benzodiazepine. I take Anafranil which might have an interaction. I am most afraid of having an antacid or the SN interact with the Depakote (valproic acid) that I take as a mood stabilizer. That medication cannot be stopped and there is a level constantly in my blood. Does anyone see a problem for me using SN with Depakote in my bloodstream?

Seems there shouldn't be any interaction between SN and Depakote. You can check the other medications here as well. :)

Just PM people then, that's how I got sources for mine. If you ask kindly, people will tell you, but telling you publicly is against the rules.
