Did you ask for meto specifically or was it the pharmacist's choice? The medicine is loaded with side effects so I find it strange that they would sell it just like that.
Chronic administration of very small doses of sodium nitrite (i.e. micrograms as opposed to grams) restores ischemic blood flow and enhances formation of new blood vessels.
"Moreover, we found that sodium nitrite therapy may acutely increase ischemic limb blood flow after injection indicative of a hypoxic vasodilator response."
i.e. a huge quantity of SN at once will cause methemoglobinemia which will cause hypoxia. Very small doses of SN will cause vasodilation (and presumably, low blood pressure)

Am I misreading or does the suicide wiki state that antiacid drugs result in a more painful death? since I don't have them and I'm trying to figure out whether to attempt with or without.

One question: Will a person with moderate gastritis taking SN face terrible stomach pain, or just discomfort?
Would it be risky to take some sedative before taking SN? Considering that if you fall unconscious before SN kicks in and throw up while being unconscious it's possible to fail?

Depends how much you aim to take. You only need a dose small enough to take the edge off and make you drowsy. You don't want to knock yourself out before you can even get to the SN.
Yes of couse I will make sure I stay awake to take the SN, I just wanna knock myself out before the effects of SN kick in to avoid experiencing those symptoms.. I'm just afraid I'll throw up after I black out but before the SN is properly absorbed

I would stick to the regime. The sedatives will help with SN symptoms without having to knock you out. Leave the unconsciousness to to the SN.
Can you still buy SN in retail stores or butcher shops in the US? Looking to maybe run across the border today if I can because it appears it legel to bring back across the border without an issue if you have valid reason but would call the border first to clarify/confirm

I'm not sure whether fifty ml or 100 ml of water will make me vomit first. I tried ingesting kitchen salt mixed with a quarter of a glass of water and I heaved it back up. I couldn't dissolve it either, despite stirring for several minutes, nor chug it all down.

Hmm. It must depend on where you live. I received mine very quickly actually. A few days earlier then expected.
As I understand it with most methods that need benzos, diazepam a.k.a. valium, is the one you're ideally looking for but thats where the equivalence chart will come in for getting proper doses for substitutes. It should be valium as a first choice from what I know but if I am incorrect (know it's the case with OD's but not specifically for SN) please feel free to correct me so I can know for the future
Hey guys, I have Prochlorperazine and I wanted to know if this is a suitable replacement for Metoclopramide? I read that its more powerful than Metoclopramide, so should I not take 3 at once like Stan recommended with Metoclopramide in his SN thread?
