I'm rewatching Breaking Bad after watching it when it came out. It's bizarre. I was a kid when it first came out. Watching it was like watching this story character I had no way of relating to. It was a neat show, but it was all so far beyond my realm of comprehension, I was just a passive observer watching the story unfold. Now I'm an adult and I can understand Walter so much more. He's clearly not a good person, but all at once, I cannot condemn him for anything he does. More often than not, I think he made the correct decisions. Also, I don't remember having such an intense loathing of his wife, haha.

Sometimes I realize just how sad I really am, it just hits me like a truck. It's kind of weird how the only thing that makes me feel truly at ease is the thought of dying.

Do you buy cartridges for it or does it have a "Nintendo play store", or something like that?

The "harvest moon except with Mii" thing, forgot its name right now, what is its type of music? Specifically, is it chiptune?

Can it connect to WiFi?

Can I install some messenger program on it?

I saw that it's controllers come off. Do they have some gyroscope in them that would turn the switch into Wii?

Do the controllers require AA (or God forbid, AAA, or D cell) batteries?

How's the battery life?

Can I buy extra batteries independently and a charger, and juggle them? As in, take out dead battery, put it into charger, take charged battery while the dead one charges?

How damage resistant is this thing?

Context: surgery pretty soon, I want to buy one to bring with me for the healing and prep period.

You can buy cartridges, or download the games from the Nintendo E-Shop, and yes it can use Wi-Fi. I think you can message friends on your friends list, but i'm not sure if anything else can be a messenger program besides that.
The battery life can last for 2.5 to 6.5 hours for the original, and the lite version can last for 4.5 to 9 hours. I don't think you can replace the batteries, but you can charge it in its dock station. Not really great for durability in regards to the screen, I have the original, and the dock station has made a lot of scratch marks on my screen, I never had my unit fall, but I would think it would break easily if there is a decent height to fall from, since the screen sucks. Maybe the lite version improved durability.

My local grocer implemented a system that lets patrons know which check lane to go to via a TV screen at a designated waiting point. The sound it makes when a check lane is available is incredibly unnerving to me because it's the same sound in the outro to this song I've listened to hundreds of times. The song is about a dystopian society.
