27m California. I'm really into video games and enjoy playing/listening to music. Some of my favorite games are Marvel vs Capcom 3, Devil May Cry, Doom Eternal, and Baldur's Gate 3. I'm currently dealing poker, and I used to be a teacher. Tbh, I'm just looking for connection, better than feeling lonely and having negative thoughts.

helloooo am 19m (he/him) from the us . currently at a very weird and hectic point in my life! i've lived in the same town for my whole life and for a while have had an intense urge to pack everything i can and leave but i just really hate being alone. i've also abused substances for the last few years but not to any really extreme extents.

was extremely close to ctb in late 2023 but couldn't bring myself to leave my mother completely alone. and her situation has since changed, but now but i don't struggle with suicidal ideation as much as i once did. but im also on a lot of different medications now and feel very disassociated from myself and others. i feel very alone bcause none of my friends have ever been at the places i've been at mentally, so there's some barrier of understanding between us . just looking for any friends to chat to ! around my age ideally

love nature, anime, drawing and chess but i think music is veryyyy epik. have a pretty cool cd/vinyl collection, i'm most close to hip hop but i love everything; currently indie folk, IDM, and french black metal. pms are open! be my friend plz

32/M. I like a whole bunch of dorky stuff, videogames, mainly PC. I've got a huge Steam library. Horror movies, I really like slashers and stuff like that, the gore makes me laugh. I love practical effects. Eclectic music like Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, Lustmord, so on and so forth. I'm a NEET right now so I'm online constantly, working to deal with how I feel. I'm chatty as Hell, and prone to rambling about a bunch of stuff if left unchecked.

hi, i went through a bad breakup in december and i've been quite lonely since. i'm a 21yo (asexual lol) male from the netherlands and i like to read, exercise (mostly running) and watch movies. i'm starting uni in september, until then i'm working.

i'm not actively suicidal right now but i feel down sometimes and i'm bored constantly. i think it would really help to have somebody to talk to about... anything really. i've been trying to recover and while i'm feeling a lot better than i used to i feel like some social interaction would be good for me.

i like to think i'm open-minded and relatively easy to talk to

Hello I'm 18m from midwest USA, I'm just looking for someone similar to me with my same issues. I love art and any topics surrounding it, I love culture, architecture, philosophy, overall I love the humanities. I love horror media, I read and watch alot of movies. Play alot of games too.
I deal mostly with psychosis and dissociation/dpdr. I think I have DID, I would like to meet someone who understands that experience.
I joined this site because ctb has been a constant throughout my entire life, i see it as an inevitability.
Im very communicative and I like talking about complicated or difficult topics, i have a hard time keeping conversations lighthearted so id like to talk to someone who doesnt prioritize small talk lol. I have little to no filters on to what I can talk about, id like to meet someone who also wants to talk about things like trauma, dissociation, psychosis, self harm, etc. Things that most people around me can't relate to or don't want to talk about. I also just enjoy learning and listening just as much.
