I'm 19M. I am autistic and have severe ADHD. I'm lightskin half Jamaican and half white American but only language I know is English sadly. I have "close" friends and friends irl so I'm not exactly lonely but I don't have anyone I can truly be honest with. Nobody knows the extent to how bad my mental health really is and talking to someone that is real and won't judge or think differently of me would be pretty cool. I like going to the gym, running, programming and playing video games. I'm new to this website to sorry if I'm a lil slow but would be nice to talk to someone who's in a similar situation

Who am I? I'm still having a hard time to even describe my real self.

Have you ever had that feeling—like you'd be in danger if people could read your mind? I never express myself in real life. I'm just an abnormality pretending to just barely fit in society who oppose my internal self. There's this constant discomfort—knowing that no matter how I try to interact, they'll never truly understand me. They'll only judge.

Maybe I'm the one who's wrong. Maybe everything in life is my fault. But at least I tried, right? Fulfilling my parents' wishes to exist, to carry on their dreams... My only refuge is the online world—and my girlfriend, who's far away.

I want to connect with people as my true self. I just hope that one day, I'll find a place where I can be accepted.
