not able to reply to messages

i'm new on this site so idk if its just a lag or is my account being restricted. when i try to reply to a person in private conversations i get this warning "Your content can not be submitted. This is likely because your content is spam-like or contains inappropriate elements. Please change your content or try again later. If you still have problems, please contact an administrator." Even tho i don't spam and didn't say anything inappropriate. could anyone help?

New here as well. But could it be the security feature where you get logged out and have to reverify your account? That happens when I take too long to reply. I usually copy what I had wrote, refresh my browser, verify that I am human, and paste the text back into the message.
