Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I agree that this website probably shouldnt exist even as i use it. You get socially rewarded and a dopamine hit for being on here every time you post. So your brain goes I'm suicidal --> go on SaSu ---- > reward

Its fucked and not intentional on anyones part. But its not a good thing.
Perhaps you're right about dopamine, but in a different context... finding this site was special for me. Here I found belonging, acceptance from people who truly understand how I feel, are generous in their comments and caring in their listening, and on a bad day or during a crisis, yes, we receive the dopamine of love and feel a little better, and that makes all the difference... but of course, because we are stigmatized, it's easier to close our eyes and label ourselves as crazy and radical, because pain is something that cannot be seen or measured, only the person who feels it can, period!! 🤷🏻‍♀️
