I'm not going to argue with my so called "girlfriend" on a public suicide forum, who is siding with somebody who is essentially having a go at me for making two threads and changing my mind.

The fact that I've made another thread stating my intentions is irrelevant.

You need to decide if and why you're my "friend".

Bipolarguy you can understand why some people are upset, a lot of us are emotional wrecks and it's emotional for people who know you when someone says they are going.

Beethoven is the music someone else said they'd ctb to, it's a meme I guess.

He had some SN but ditched it presumably when he changed his mind, so now he has no SN left, unless he has his 2nd pack he says was sent to him when he ordered.

What does that mean?

Some people from SS talked me out of it, other 'real life' friends, and people from another forum I moderate.

If you're offended because someone wrote a goodbye thread, and then decided not to go through with the plan, that's pro-suicide. You're essentially saying: "you'd better be successful in catching your bus if that's what you say you're going to do." OR "If there's any doubt in your mind you'd better not say goodbye just in case you survive, just go off and do it."

Don't you think that the people running the petition to get SS taken down are looking out for behaviour like this and using it to make us look bad

I get it's emotional for people, but if you're more angry than happy that he decided not to end his life, something's wrong.

Please, no-one ever be afraid to say goodbye.

Plot twist: the pro-suicide lobby wanted me gone for constantly pointing out the pro-suicide undertones, so now I've decided not to go through with it today they're making out I'm selfish and have done something wrong and am hurting them :0

I think you have misinterpreted my comment. Maybe I should have worded it better. I care about the integrity of the forum, and I think lots of goodbye threads from someone can be quite dangerous, and bring a sense of unnecessary drama. I am very glad this person has changed their mind.

To be fair you're partly right. There is something called cyclothymia where the ups and downs can be much faster.

However my bipolar is a background diagnosis on the surface of my life which is currently a total rollercoaster.

Bad words were justified by how I was made to feel - I was being made to feel bad for not going ahead with suicide (whether the person meant this or not) - would the same comment have been made if I went ahead, as I uploaded another thread....?
