Can I eat kinder after drinking sn ?

I am very sensitive to something that taste too harsh, I am planning to eat kinder bueno after drinking my sn since it is my favorite treat and to help me not to puke my sn away since I only have enough for one attempt

You don't want to be eating anything (it will just come right back up). Licking something is a different story, most people use hard candy to get rid of the taste, but you could always just lick the Kinder, I guess. Do not sabotage your one attempt by eating.

SN causes vomiting as your body is being poisoned, even if you were to eat something nice after ingesting it, you will still probably throw up, its not really the taste that makes people feel sick, its the fact the body registers it as "a bad substance just entered, get rid of it", i dont think you can avoid it no matter what, the protocol recommends fasting for 8 hours before taking SN

Are you supposed to spit the hard candy out shortly after having it in your mouth? Or can you keep it there?

Don't eat anything mabye have gum or a lollipop your gonna get stomach pain and puke it up.i inherited like 1 or 2 grams and I was in the worst pain.threw it all back up.sn doesn't taste that bad just chug it dont sip that was my mistake.
