How to get over si in the weeks before taking sn

Hi all,

Just wondering how do ye get over si in the weeks leading up and during the process of taking sn? I have diazapam for the occasion. I also have everything I need for the protocol. I've had my sn now for over a year and I'm done with life but I still have great fear over the whole process and the fear of dieing. I have ocd aswell and all the anxiety only make things worse. There is the fear of what if it goes wrong, dieing by myself, the fear of actually doing it. I need to do it I'm just afraid of dieing so much it gives me a lot of anxiety.

It's a good question, how to get over si. What I am planning to do is that I will consume many benzos even weeks before my CTB date. I stocked up a lot of benzos so I'll have a steady supply ready.

Haha I was thinking the exact same but don't want to keep taking diazapam for weeks if I can't follow through with the final step
