Reading an older version of the PPH and was interested in the sleeping pills method. However, oxazepam is extremely regulated where I live (Australia) and propoxyphene, all of its brands, are long banned. I am surprised in general however how easy I got a hard copy of the PPH without any welfare checks with a heading saying 'Banned in Australia'. What would be the alternative drug to propoxyphene? Swisse tablets? Ambien/stilnox, temaze or circadin melatonin? How would I go about at my doctor's appointment to convince them to prescribe me these on top of metoclopramide? How believable is insomnia which they may end up referring me to herbal OTC variants for?
