Reading an older version of the PPH and was interested in the sleeping pills method. However, oxazepam is extremely regulated where I live (Australia) and propoxyphene, all of its brands, are long banned. I am surprised in general however how easy I got a hard copy of the PPH without any welfare checks with a heading saying 'Banned in Australia'. What would be the alternative drug to propoxyphene? Swisse tablets? Ambien/stilnox, temaze or circadin melatonin? How would I go about at my doctor's appointment to convince them to prescribe me these on top of metoclopramide? How believable is insomnia which they may end up referring me to herbal OTC variants for?

Have you read this? I think you'd need a ridiculous amount, and even then, I wouldn't put my trust in it.

At best you should use your meds as adjunct to other methods, such as oxazepam in SN method. Besides that, you should be wary on how long you can die after ingesting the drugs needed to OD

I'm sorry to say that if you don't have enough resources to do suicides, don't bother with OD method that only causes organ failure (like paracetamol OD).
