I've tried a lot to die. I've done almost everything i can realistically have access to- I've taken pills so many times i get sick thinking about them, I've tried to strangle myself, drank liquid medicine, and just last night I tried to slice my arm open. I can't tell if it was just the fact I was just nervous (since i've done self harm cuts deeper) or the blade wasn't sharp enough, but it wasn't enough to kill me or even need stitches. If anyone has any tips in general, like tools or methods, i'd be appreciative (:

The methods that you mentioned just sound unreliable and risky. Taking pills and cutting are well known to not be recommended for a successful ctb. I just think that all that anyone can do if they wish to be gone is to do their own research into methods, (which is what this site is for). The reality is that suicide isn't straightforward at all, I mean if it was I would certainly already be gone at this point, but I guess that it's always possible to succeed if that is what one wishes for. But anyway I wish you the best of luck

every human has a different gens,different observations , different experience and... these things are UNIQUE for every person.so your life patch made you to feel pain and uncomfortable and you decided to cbt because of these unique things .i mean your life patch brings you to this point. so:



1- just DON'T THINK ABOUT IT TOO MUCH . i mean don't focus on it so much(don't overthink).

find a method that you think is good for you but don't overthink .

don't look at it like it is most important decision ever entire your life. just look at it like other decisions of your life that you make .

pick a method and do your life like a normal .



2-when you collect information and find your method , LEAVE THIS WEBSITE .

this help you to understand that your problems and life patch and memories and ... still is with you and its make you to want ctb again.dont let this website become a entertaining tool for you.

You'll want to do a lot of research on different methods and pick the ones that you like the most. Do plenty of research. Ctb is not something easy to do at all, so it it will take a lot of effort to ctb. The methods you tried before aren't very effective, so they aren't reccomended due to a high risk of being injured afterwards and potentially hospitalised. I'm sorry life has led you to this point.
