Benadryl/ DPH tripping

Has anyone ever tripped on benadryl? If you're planning on using it to cbt, you should first try a lower non lethal dose like 700mg, and then think again about whether you want to use it to cbt. You get audio visual hallucinations, spider, shadow people, and visual static. Its actually pretty good if you like scary shit. Just be careful going over a gram because the risk of seizures is bad. Its otc and can be bought at the dollar store. Make sure u don't get one mixed with acetaminophen cuz that will screw up your liver. I just took about a gram of this stuff. Going to eiriel.
