That's not enough. Justify your choice so that they are convinced that it is a rational suicide and an autonomous decision. Under the right to life (article 2 of the European Convention on Human Rights), they have to investigate a suicide if they suspect that your action was not taken in free will. Under the respect for private life (article 8), they have to leave you alone, if you can prove that your decision was rational and not a breach of your right to life.
The easier way to justify a suicide is to say that you subscribe to "promortalism", an anti-life philosophy that assigns positive value to death:
