There are other ways, some ways that virtually anyone can access. Sometimes people need to made do with what they have.

Aren't there some states where possession of small amounts of drugs is legal? Like Oregon I think.
In Canada we seem to be moving towards that too.

It's because this is so dangerous, a very small amount can kill, that it is in many places a guaranteed long prison sentence for dealing it. I think the only way is on the street from illegal drug dealers, but they are very careful about this, too, because they can go to prison. If you just go to a bar or something and start asking about something like this you are likely to get caught by the police in a sting, so there are no easy answers here. This is high risk method, because you are risking prison, where it is much more difficult to ctb- partial is the only method that seems to work there, based on what some guards say, and partial is very unreliable. Nurses, doctors, pharmacists, and those with severe chronic pain can get access to this through a legal prescription, but otherwise it's not too easy.

Since Fentanyl is so cheap it's very good profit to "lace" Heroine with Fentanyl. Same strength but for a lower price.

I found it listed on the DN when I looked about two months ago. No idea if it was authentic though. The only problem is that it was in another country and not mine and if I had gone down this route, I would not have wanted to import it. So I left it.

Offline will always be easier to do illegal things until the government bans cash.

Of course that can be dangerous, you can get robbed or you can get busted by an undercover police officer. There are other methods where you can acquire things legally and not have to worry about this.

There is no recreational market for pure F. It's used as a cutting agent in H mostly. As stated above, the only real customers for it are big producers of recreational drugs. I personally would love to have access to F, but I think at this point, H is the way to go if you want to OD on opioids. It's cheap, readily available, and still only takes a couple grams to be 100% fatal.
