I noticed that morning is the worst part of my day for my mental health. Most often I wake up feeling like shit and being extremely stressed and I start thinking about myself and life overall (I have BDD). I think also about self-harm and cbt or about my hatred to some people for example in my family and I even have fantasies about something bad happening to them but of course I wouldn't harm anyone etc. This state makes it very hard to get out of the bed and do anything. It takes me on avarage around 2-3 hours to just get up and do something good like brushing teeth, eating breakfast or taking my SNRI.

After few hours my mental state become more stable but obviously not close to healthy. What about you?

all of it. given that I'm kind of a neet at the moment, I feel no separation between segments of the day. it's just one long uninterrupted sleepwalking session

Waking up at 5AM, dragging myself to work, and spending the morning feeling like a robot being stuck at my job doing the same boring, pointless, mundane shit for hours on end. The mornings especially are an absolute drag.

Mornings are also the worst for me. I have generalized anxiety disorder and my cortisol levels are sky high in the morning. Ruminating about my mom dying and me CTB.. my heart beating fast and dry heaving. It sucks big time.

The worst part for me is the morning. I have to face another day of sadness, loneliness, sadness and pain in my body. Also the pain in my joints is the worst when I get up.

There is one thing even worse than this. Dreaming that you have a beautiful life. In your dream you are loved, you have friends, your health is perfect, and poof... you wake up and realize it was all a dream.

Whenever this happens to me I start the day with crying. Thank God this rarely happens to me.

The morning is really the worst part. I have to draaag myself out of my bed, sometimes I can't even bring myself to do it. It used to be so hard for me I would cry my heart out every time I woke up. Now I'm over crying, it's just torture at this point.

Probably during the late afternoon/early evening, when things start winding down and I have fewer tasks to distract myself with, but it's too early to go to bed.
