Utter despair.. I can only lay in bed and I can not work and loosing my house in next couple of weeks.. and this is just a small part of all my problems.. it's actually a house with a morgage.. and will take at least 3 months to get it ready but I leaped into big depression and than stopped eating and drinking I am a total weck physical and emotional and no money left, no home and did not see it coming.. Corona and accident, than a long psychosis which I actually totally did not realize.. I am so screwed.. no income and money almost gone just only this month left../

stress and anxiety. i have a job lined up after being unemployed for a bit, but the hiring and training process is incredibly slow and the shift i need is first come first serve, so i'm worried after all this training the only shift i can take will be gone and the one they offer me will be outside my availability, meaning i'll need to look for a different job with very little money in the bank. uhg. just thinking about work and money makes me so, so sick to my stomach.

I'm currently flip flopping between feeling invincible, unstoppable, like I'm going to make everything amazing again. Followed swiftly by a crippling loneliness, self loathing, with a big helping of anhedonia.

The end result, seems to be a kind of stagnation, but it's progress of a sort I think. And so I grip tightly and proceed, inch by inch, second by second.
