Bored! Just bored beyond belief! Dunno how to spend my time, losing interest In all things I used to enjoy. Can hardly keep up watching a movie for more than 20mn these days.

Mostly apathy/indifference. I try to care about things and make myself enthusiastic about my future but it just isn't working. There's no point to any of this. There is a really small bit of hope though, since I'm trying to recover, but right now, that small amount of hope is easily outweighed by feeling exhausted and not caring about anything. It's hard to keep doing recovery when I don't care much about the future
