i wonder if it might be due to the oxidation of SN, or is it possible the stuff isn't SN but sodium nitrate? (sorry if I got that wrong)

Update: i followed the protocol, took 1 sn solution, after 2 min i vomitted like hell, like theres no big food things in my stomach all my intestine and vessels pushed upwards to my mouth, gotta say that vomitting was horrible, there would be feeling and taste of the sn which is very salty..after that began to swallow saliva .
Took 2nd sn solution, after 2 min i vomitted again but it's very little. Then after 3 min my stomach kept burning, that pain was so unbearable and i felt little anxious, I've called the ambulance service out of fear and couldn't cope with the pain, the ambulance guy said the ambulance is very very far away, i said no need for ambulance then. I prayed got to plss take me and i couldn't bear the pain, i thought to wake up my mom, but relaxed a bit and didn't tell her, after 5 min the pain reduced, not fully gone, i slept , thinking if this is the pain i have to go through then it's okay to bear this pain, i thought of why I'm doing this and stayed strong, then i tried to sleep and i slept and was shocked to know that i woke up after an hour and i don't have any symptoms like blue nails or something. But there's a discomfort in thr stomach, then i slept again, fee times in the night i would woke up and stomach feels wierd. I was shocked why the method didn't work for me, gotta say that the pain is there. Morning i had breakfast like usual and my stomach felt weird from like after breakfast.. at evening i drank 1 litre of soda hoping that my stomach could calm down , but I'm getting this sharp like pain in stomach.
I went to the doctor and told that I'm getting pain like this , i haven't told him about the sn, he gave me 3 type of tablets and 1 syrup.. if the pain continues ima go for scanning, after dinner my stomach feels okaish, due to the tablets I guess, also doctor told me to take liquid foods more .

I wish you to rest and find peace. Sorry for you. You are very brave. Maybe go to hospital and explain it's maybe a food poisoning if you do not want to talk about SN but still with help from doctor.

Sounds like you might have an undiagnosed gastritis or ulcer. From so many sn stories i have read, this is very unusual, you skipped antiemetics and you also did not take an acid reducer so i think the stomach acid buildup gave you such unbearable discomfort.

He drank 2 cups of it and didnt even get blue fingernails, i bet it was nitrate. Nitrate causes aching belly and not death.

same idea for me too. i don't doubt that he drank it for real but it doesn't sound like sodium nitrite because it's lethal even if you throw it up

I am sorry. it sounds like you may not have had enough of it left inside your stomach since you threw up twice but enough for it to irritate your gastrointestinal tract. it will take time to heal. maybe it was nitrate as others have mentioned too.

low purity SN from curing salt still causes oxygen deprivation in the body and with 25g worth it should still cause more than just "slight discomfort"!! it likely was oxidized into nitrate (NaNO3) rather than nitrite (NaNO2). that or it was always nitrate to begin with, the symptoms op is having sounds more like they took a lot of nitrate rather than nitrite

its important to always test your SN for cases like this even if its from a reputable source, you never know if theres a hole in the package that caused oxidization at some point or if the manufacturer had a faulty batch!

all that aside i doubt this was intentional or a hoax or anything, people make mistakes, and im sure op just went through a rather traumatic night. hope youre doing better.

huyy guys, today night at midnight im planning to ctb through SN method, now its 11am in here, i have 13 hours remaining for my ctb, im following the 48 hour protocol. need your tips or any advices on this method before i do it. at 11pm ima take paracetmol 1000mg 1 tblet, and at 11:20pm 3 metaclopromide tablets, i will make 2 solutions of SN each having 25gm of SN and 100ml water. plss do give me some tips and suggestions. right now feeling a bit scared , but i should do it for my peace,i hope i get the strength to do it. i love yall...

No i haven't done the blood test, and the colour of my sn is pure white like salt
