An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
At my internship last year, it certainly felt like it. At least here they're actually just 10 mins, and not a hour. Which was still better than my dad's meetings, which are 2-3hrs of random chitchat not related to the actual job and actually end up stalling progress.

Incidentally, chameleons are fascinating creatures. Not only can they change colour, they have prehensile tails, 360 degree visions and a really long tongue. They are also really hard to keep in captivity. @Sensei was that boring enough or do you need longer?
I used to sleep in live news conference sometimes. Once, the news editor woke me up to point out that the assistant editor was asleep. I'd wake up with instant recall and no -one would ever realise I'd nodded off - there were stock responses to everything anyway. LOL I'm amazed I lasted so long there. I blagged my way in, blagged my way through and made it all up as I went. Mind you, so did everyone else!
Sorry, I really tried to come up with something boring and long winded. I'm sure there are other members who might be able to oblige at some point in the future...

I am trying to assemble a somewhat cheap system with at least 1 good part in it, preferably the graphics card. But parts are so expensive in my country. I'm paying 10-20% more than the list price for everything.

I've got an appointment with a new psychiatrist in a little under an hour ;;
I think I'm going to advocate for ECT or getting put on an MAOI. Like being depressed and suicidal has been my entire life for 15 years now, it's time to start thinking outside of the box a little bit.
