Stan's guide and my meds

So Stan's guide references metoclopramide, paracetamol or ibuprofen ect.

The medication I'm on
Risperdone (for bpd don't have psychosis)
Propranolol (for severe anxiety)
Phenagren (sleep medication)

I'll do the 2 day fast but how would I encorporate these pills into Stan's guide and what's the dosage?

I can't get metoclopramide but can apparently use risperdone instead?

I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed but I'm ordering my sn tomorrow of DMC and I'll catch the bus within a few weeks just preparing ATM. Thanks to those of you who are so helpful. Your kindness is commendable. Helping people like me escape the pain we're in. If only you knew the tragedy my CTB will allow me to escape from.

Did you find out the dosage for the risperidone because I'd like to know that too.
