My order of SN arrived this morning and I was going to wait but f it. What am I waiting for. Shopping list: SN- 20g in water x2 Antiemetic- i am going to try and get metoclopramide but chances are I wont be able to. Is Olanzapine good enough? Antiacid: would rennie work? Pain killers...

Do you really need to crush your benzos? And can you take them earlier rather than the same time as the SN?

Can someone help me determine how many mg of lurasidone I need to be effective as an antiemetic? I usually take 37mg per day, in the guides I found only this information but I don't know how to understand how many mg I need.

Some of you may be on antipsychotics as part of your mental health treatment. If you are any of the below, there is no need to take any antiemetic as they already function as an antiemetic.


Droperidol- 0,25 nM. Benperidol- 0,027 nM. Trifuperidol- 0,4 nM. Spiperone- 0,053 nM. Haloperidol- 2,0. Bromperidol- 2,1. Lurasidone- 1,0 nM. Sestindole- 2,7 nM. Paliperidone- 2,8 nM. Risperidone- 4,9 nM. Olanzapine- 21 nM. Clozapine- 144 nM. Quetiapine- 245 nM

Basically, the lower the number, the stronger the medicine, they are nanomoles, but the ideal dose remains a mystery.

Okay, thank you. So nanomoles aren't a measurement like grams and such? Rather, it's a rating of how strong a medication is? Rather than a dose amount?

Nitrite test strips you can generally find it online pretty easily, and I have the same doubt regarding the benzodiazepine

Absolutely, better than no benzos. Clonazepam is what I have too.

what do you refer to ? i don't see that in PPeH.

So day 1 you would take 3 x meto, 1 every 8 hours, day 2 you would take 1 every 8 hours and then 3 40mins before SN

I think I finally found a local SN supplier, but they only sell SN from this brand and it apparently has nothing to do with food. It's also relatively cheap considering what you'd find at other sources so I'm not sure I got the right thing (particularly because the supplier lists the chemical composition all wrong, but it's the same product and CAS numbers and it does show as NaNO2 on the manufacturer's website).
