I'm affraid that if I do puke too much SN I won't be able to buy more for a retry. The last few sellers are now getting all the attention which is also why they reconsider and stop supplying it. Wish we could secure large amounts for the future.

You're looking for >98% purity Nitrite, so food grade is still above at %99.0 , shelf life is 5 years I believe but better not to gamble past 2

If you want to gamble go ahead, but if it was not properly stored at median temperatures or not sealed/exposed to air for extended periods it would oxidize into its nitrate form.

It's generally not advised, as it could create a slow release effect, you are better off just dealing with the taste, then immediately putting a candy in your mouth (DON'T EAT IT) just to rinse out the flavour.

I see... What if I chased them up with really hot water to melt the capsules? Do you know if that would be more effective? (Thanks for your reply also!)

yeah got it already - someone above posted something about it being another chemical. I think they just got the label wrong. you can do a search in this thread on it. I'm going to use it regardless.

In Stan's guide it said, to take 20g of SN or 25g of SN if your bigger. What about 30g it seems like a lot of people say try 30g I'm probably right around 200lb so should I just stick to the 25g like what was listed in Stan's guide?

Jungle site? Never heard of it. There is a Canadian site. There is one in the US I found but it is cheaper. It may be suspicious if someone from the UK orders.
