Yes you can trust alibaba they are genuine and trustworthy but make sure you see their ratings and how many years the company is in business

i got domperidone as AE, is it enough? will taking ondansetron with it make a difference?

omeprazol is used as antacid right? i've read here that antacids are no longer recommended by PPH. when used unconsciousness may take longer to reach. propranolol is meant to prevent heart from going fast or blood pressure from going high (maybe both i'm not sure) which makes you lose consciousness faster. it is not essential but if you have easy access, you can take it as well. i would personally definetly use some pain meds, preferably an opioid, i want the minimum discomfort possible but they are not necessary at all. your choice.

i just read on PPH essentials that propranolol is no longer in the protocol. sorry for the misinformation. i guess PPH essentials version is more up to date than the latest full version of the pph on this site. earlier i conveyed the info about propranolol from that older version so turns out it is no longer recommended. i suggest that you take a look at SN part of PPH essentials.

You can but it’s not recommended it will increase your chance of failure.

As someone who had attempts overdosing *without* taking proper antiemetics....I would say it is capable of increasing your survival possibility to 100 %.
You'd just be sick for a while

No don’t do that

Even if you vomit you can take the second dosage, that why many people prepare two dosage of sn and it is recommended

if you duct tape your mouth, you gonna choke on your own vomit or duct tape is not gonna hold your vomit

You need only antiemetic and benzos, my advice no need of beta blockers it's your choice to use it or not

Antiemetic helps you to avoid nausea and vomiting

Benzos is a sedative agent which can make you unconscious

As soon as you take sn you will feel like your heart racing which is like running fast so beta blocker help with that symptom but I won't recommend it because you can't take medication for every symptoms because too much medication will make you vomit

Below is the recommended protocol from the ppeh

You have to fast for minimum 8 hours but I would recommend 24 hours, drink minimal water as possible, before 2-3 hours no water

Make sure you have backup sn mix ready, if you vomit

isn't a big dose of benzos risky? if one were to vomit, won't be able to drink the second SN, cuz they will be unconscious or highly sedated. i would probably take a standart dose just to relax me

In this case they are not taking benzos to relax, they are using to become unconscious so overdose on benzos makes sense

e.g. in PPH essentials it says 50x10mg of diazepam, that's huge, isn't it. surely it will cause unconsciousness but there is always risk of vomiting with SN so i would rather be in control enough to drink second SN mixture if needed.

But you won’t become unconscious for 10 minutes, sn vomit happens beginning as soon as you taken the N or within 5 minutes you had taken the sn and vomiting don’t happen all the time

It’s your choice tho to take it or not
