I am CTB on Monday in a hotel suite. Bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. My bedroom door will be closed and so will my bathroom door. The only walls in my suite that I share are my outside bathroom wall. which shares a wall with next room's living room. My bathroom door will be closed.

Will be micro dosing Klonopin throughout Sunday and Monday and even now – 5 mg per day. Will also be vaping tobacco throughout day.

10:00 am: eat breakfast – oatmeal, toast, apple, whatever
After eating, solid fast starts

3:00 pm: Clear liquid fast starts though will try not to drink a lot throughout the day.

6:00 pm: 600mg of Ibuprofen (Advil) with sips of water

6:15 pm: 30 mg of meto and 8 mg of Zofran dissolved under tongue

6:20 pm: 10 mg of klonapin dissolved under tongue. Tested 10 mg a couple of days ago and it definitely calmed me down, somewhat deadened awareness but I don't think it will affect cognitive abilities. Will test 10 mg dose again tomorrow, Sunday.

6:30 pm: 40 mg of propranolol dissolved under tongue. I am not going to take 400 mg nor with SN but a bit unsure of dosage. Tested 10 mg today and it immediately calmed me down but…no idea what 40 mg will do to me but feel 40 mg will work?

While waiting, prepare 50 mil of water in each of 3 glasses. Then at 6:30 mix 3 glasses of SN – 25 gm SN with 50 mil of plain water in each glass. I have digital scales and beakers. Three glasses not needed but just in case. I also have jars with tight seals so may premix in morning in case mixing seems too much for right before drinking. PN says fine to premix for a day or two and leave in tightly sealed glass/jar, which I have. Don't know if I want to risk that though, so going to see how my testing goes today with measuring liquid and table salt.

I will be laying on king size bed with all lamps, items, tables moved away. There are only bedside stands on each side of bed and they're up against walls. Could be a possibility of me knocking them over but if I move them, then where will I place drinks? Need to be on bed before drinking. Not much room to be on the floor. Numerous people were intervened in a hotel because people hear stuff being knocked over.

7:00 pm: Drink SN. Will have vomit bucket lined with bag and towels on bed, IF needed. And (jug of) water on side stand in case attempt fails and I need to induce vomiting. Extremely unlikely but covering bases. Hope to be slightly upright with pillows or trying to lie on my L side. Who knows how long or if that will work. : )

I will hold nose while drinking and may use a straw. The straw will prevent me from quickly gulping it down, though, which is needed. Will test today when measuring practice with sea salt. So maybe skip the straw and just gulp? After I drink SN, small piece of strong peppermint to minimize taste, then release nose. I also could use Listerine Pocketmist strips. But either peppermint or strips will add more, a bit, into my stomach. Maybe I leave that go?

Should I be concerned about attempting to obtain antiemetics when I have a documented history of suicidality? I'm not sure if doctors will see it as a red flag.

You can always go to a different physician, that way they won't have records in you. But I don't believe there is any reason to be concerned. Antiemetics are not drugs of abuse, and aren't really harmful on their own.

In any case I'm still a bit unclear on how important they are. Some seem to suggest that it's just to turn a likely death into a nearly certain death, while others seem to imply that death is unlikely (albeit possible) without it.

Its helpful as it will reduce the amount you vomit, thereby reducing the amount of additional solution youll have to consume to account for that loss.

Since SN doesn't leave permanent effects

You still run risks of permanent harm if you are not successful. Anytime someone is reducing their blood O2 levels they risk chance of permanent harm.

Also, does anyone know if being a lower weight change or affect anything? I'm 98 pounds but not underweight.

Your BMI will play a role, but when consuming Sodium Nitrite with the intent to CTB, you can't overconsume. Overall, plan to take more than reccomend to increase your chances of a fatal outcome.
@Theanswer You have a well thought out plan. I don't see any issues. Klonopin is a pretty fast acting benzodiazepine, so you might want to split the 10mg dose between your 6:20 timeframe and again just prior to taking SN.

40 minutes is the fastest according to latest PPeH. The longest I've read is 12 hours, no one survive after 12 hours not being found (look up the thread in SS), so I assume a couple hours is normal for healthy body and right regimen.

This post will be dedicated to compiling all the information we have on the Sodium Nitrite method (SN), including what else is needed and comparing it to other popular methods.

Before starting, I HIGHLY encourage you read most, if not all, of the chapters on the PPH, as this method may not be the most suited for you.

First of all, let's discuss why this method works, and how it kills.

Spoiler: The effects of Sodium Nitrite

Sodium Nitrite, NaNO2, acts as a catalyst in the conversion of the hemoglobin in your blood into methemoglobin (MetHB), a molecule with a much higher affinity with oxygen. This occurs when the ferrous ions in the regular hemoglobin are converted into ferric ones.
Since it's affinity is so high, methemoglobin cannot let the oxygen flow into other tissues that need it, thus depriving them of oxygen even while you're breathing. Death, then, occurs by hypoxia.
Sodium Nitrite poisoning symptoms include nausea, vertigo, vomiting, very heavy headaches and, should you manage to not pass out for too long, seizures.
The PPH claims that, during a monitored suicide with SN, the patient was unconscious at 12 minutes and dead by 35. However, some sources claim that SN poisoning might take as much as 8 hours to kill, probably due to low dosage.
Since methemoglobin creation is a natural process in our bodies, you must be aware that a certain enzyme works to transform it back into hemoglobin again. This is why the recommended dosage has varied on the PPH so much, as the syntetization of these enzymes and their "power" to overcome the formation of MetHB depends purely on your body, thus making a normal, general dose for all who chose this method very hard to determine, unlike N.

As for the physical symptoms your body will experience, not much will really change. Since your blood will mainly be MetHB, it will take on a bluish chocolate brown color, and the tips of your fingers, toes and nose (amongst others) will turn slightly blue from cyanosis.

Now, lets take a look at the "shopping cart".

Spoiler: What is needed for this method?

You'll need the following:

SN: The main compund for this method, Sodium Nitrite is easy enough to find. You're looking for >98% purity Nitrite. This chemical is sold without regulation and can be bought from Amazon, Ebay or any lab supplier in your area. 100 grams cost between 8 and 10€. This chemical is completely legal to own and is used during curation of meats to preserve their color. It's described as "White to yellowish powder/crystals" and it's said to have "slightly salty taste". It is also very soluble in water.
The recommended dose from the PPH is 15 grams, however, this has increased on different issues, from only 5, to 12 and now to 15.
Very important: You're looking for Sodium Nitrite, not Sodium Nitrate; NaNO2, not NaNO3.
Should you not find it just by looking up Sodium Nitrite, look for: NaNO2, NNaO2 or Filmerine. Make sure you're buying what you want and that it's purity is high enough. For more information on it plus some industrial sellers, check Sodium Nitrite on Pubchem.

Antiemetics: Strong enough antiemetics for this method are not OTC, so you'll need to see your way around this. You're looking for Metoclopramide or any of it's commercial names, like Reglan/Primperan. This antiemetic needs to be a Dopamine blocker for it to work.
Antiemetics aren't 100% necessary for this method, however; just like with N, you wont accomplish anything if you end up puking it all out, which is likely. This will also most likely be the bulk of the money you'll use during this method.

Acid Regulators: Another thing recommended in the PPH is raising your stomach's pH to make the SN more effective. This can be accomplished with drugs like Tagamet (The one recommended on the PPH, 800mg, which is to my knowledge OTC) or even bicarbonate, though not as effective.

Spoiler: A few extra comments

I recently got asked a few things regarding SN. First of all, you must know that the effects of this poisoning are completely reversible. It is very unlikely that you will have any permanent damage should you be "saved" during your attempt. Secondly, since this method relies on hypoxia, cardiovascular problems will reduce the amount of MetHB in blood needed to actually kill you. This, however, shouldnt really be a problem since it is sold starting from 100 grams, far more than the amount needed.

Lastly, there have been cases of people recovering from SN poisoning without any "side effects", but even if the ambulance is called soon enough, it is not certain that you will survive.

Ah, so N is hard to find but not SN. I wondered why we couldn't just make it with piss & salt because my aquarium had nitrites, which is more toxic than nitrates, but less than ammonia.

It sounds like an extremely painful & unlikely way to die. I want to die due to accidental poisinning, survived 2 months of nonstop poisonning... I doubt 15 min can finish me off.

SN peacefulness score 7/10 just like inert gas, so clearly it's fine way. For finest method, you need N/F/DDMP
