I can't give you an exact number or percentage. It's just an extra safety measure. Some people do drink the second dose, but success is possible even after vomiting considerably.

Excuse like what? why would a doctor prescribe it? isn't it considered a pretty unsafe medicine compared to others and is only used for short periods of time?

What if not all the SN dissolves? Can you just lick it out of the glass?
What are the effects of a failed attempt? There'd have to be some damage if your body's been deprived of oxygen for hours surely?
How long does it take? Is 20 minutes to unconsciousness and 4 hours to actually die about right?

How long does it take? Is 20 minutes to unconsciousness and 4 hours to actually die about right? - some are unconscious after 5 mins and death in 30 mins. Different for everyone depends on your biology and how much you absorb and what else you take with it and if you follow the regimen.

There are quite a few online pharmacies (esp those in India) that sell meto and propranolol online without a prescription. Google is your friend here.

The bottle I got was 113g, so more than enough to do the job, even if you have to take a 2nd or 3rd dose.

Antiemetics prevents you from from puking which would be the natural response of your body against SN as it's treated as a poison.

It is just an over the counter nausea medicine, for travel sickness, etc.. Is there anything available over the counter that you know of?

In my country, they sell Metoclopramide hydrochloride OTC, but I really don't know how good is compared to the classical Metoclopramide.

I think taking 40-45g is way too much, you'd be very sick very quickly.

Looks okay. As @Endeavour said, don't use 40-45 grams, this is simply too much and won't do any good. If you're under 100 kg, then use 26g instead of 25g (but I don't think this is necessary) or 36g instead of 35g if you're over 100 kg. Better to do a blood or aquarium test beforehand of course.
