Hey i'm not going to go through the entire 140 pages of this thread so i'm sorry in advance. I am currently not able to get a prescription for Primperan (Metoclopramide in general) are any antiemetics in general (besides Tagamet which is over the counter). Anyways back to my question could I possible purchase metoclopramide for cats and dogs? I know this is a really dumb question but i'm at my last resort. Would it even work to begin with, would I need more pills to take meaning would the dose age be higher than regular prescribed metoclopramide? i'm aware this is silly but I need to know if i can use those to prevent vomiting.

here's a bunch of stupid questions. the SN "regime" i've heard so much about involves fasting, right? for how long? can you at least drink water during that period? what do you take, and in what order? is meto first or does order not even matter? i have fairly easy access to both meto and cimetidine which is why i'm asking. the SN dose is also affected by weight, right? so a 6ft tall, 230-ish pound guy like me would have to take a considerable amount? you don't dilute it in water or anything, right? and if you can't fast as part of your regime, then is it not even worth doing? it seems impossible to do with so much family around. i just really have no idea how you gauge any of this and i hope these questions aren't too incoherent.

CO is too much of a hassle, cant properly execute with what i have available, decided to go with SN. Started taking meto yday, no side effects so far. Will have bunch of meto/ranitidine/sn/benzos leftovers, fellow russians - feel free to ask, wouldnt need it on the other side.

Depends. Originally i was even thinking to be in a video call with smbd, but thats hella lot legal issues for that person later. Also not sure if id want to spend last minutes here, but what i will make sure is that smbd whos close to me will give you update on my success/failure

Metoclopramide seems to be the Forum Holy Grail as an anti emetic in the SN method, but reading back it seems to have reached this prominent position merely by being mentioned as an example in early posts. Perhaps other medications might serve just as well - and be easier to obtain ? Whilst it looks like it may be obtainable in UK, it is not really common in this country to specify to a GP that you want a particular medication (unless you have had it before and found it particularly effective). Add to this that you would have to be lying to the GP, and I think suspicion would be aroused. It may be easier to tell untruths in an online consultation, but frankly I don't want to end my life as a devious, lying person - I would have gone into politics if that had been my wish.
I don't want to sound too goody-goody, and I admit to having done bad things in my life, but I tried to change my ways and genuinely repented (under the gentle guidance of better people than me) and I would like to be remembered as being honest.

Domperidone has been mentioned too. From the info I have gathered, the antiemetic used needs to be a dopamine blocker to be effective.

You can get Domperidone easily off ebay (I ordered some and it's being posted). If you want Metoclopramide/Primperan, some of the other members on here helped me find some on ebay but listings for it go very quickly. Both should have no problem reaching the UK.

sigh How annoying. Looks like for SOME REASON, exit international is REFUSING to release more info about sn.
Why? I have no idea. Either way we know 2 things now.

1. That SN Works.
2. That Sn. Is peaceful.

All he now talks about is his idiotic death pod and 500$ Nembutal. Only reason i can think of is:

1. He doesn't want his name attached to a rash of youth suicide using sn. And wants to keep this way of dying semi-hidden.
2. He wants to make more money talking about his death pod and Nembutal.

Either way Philip Nitschke is keeping sn info to insiders. Its unlikely at this point we'll obtain more info without exit international membership. Chances of any "leaks" have gone down to really low at this point.
Either way, i came here and obtained the information i wanted, a way to peacefully off yourself with sn.

My person gently told me to gtfo with this shit. So the only way for you guys to know whether i failed - if i come back within a week/month and say so.
Im not doing 48h regimen, only 24h - 3x10mg. Last meto dose will be 30mg 1hr before along with 6mg of phenazepam to calm down. 45 mins before 225mg or ranitidine. Then 25g of sn in rougly 75ml of water. I will post one last time when(if) i take it and there will be no updates afterwards. That will be in 5h from time of this post.

Took 30mg meto 50 mins ago, took 225mg ranitidine 30 mins ago, took 4mg of phenazepam 25 mins, measured 25g of SN on a scale and placed in a cup, measured second 25g of SN in case i vomit. Head is dizzy already and have some hiccups, probably nerves, but benzos gonna act soon. Tried to take pills with as low amounts of water as possible. after some thoughts i would like to stay here and share what im feeling after taking it, otherwise i would've just listened to music. All precautionary measures of locking out my phone after i pass out are taken. Added 85mg ow water in order to get smooth solution, taking it right now, turning PC off and going to my bed/phone
I would like you to not "rip", "safe travels" etc. thanks. Solution is VERY salty, heartrate is pumping, aftertaste is not that bad. Feeling warmth in my belly

If people puked after taking SN, do they need ambulance or there is chance you just suffer some hours and all goes well itself? Maybe if drink a lot water and puke again or keep drinking SN till you pass out..maybe it works both ways, depends do you still wanna go or survive?.
I believe, many of us don't wanna let another know that we attempted ctb.

It just goes to show that we don't really know what we're doing.

Fully reversible in hospital with methylene blue. No one insisted that it's reversible on your own without help, just that you will not get permanent brain damage if you are found, like can happen with hanging.

This has been mentioned countless times before. Also there's a report of someone who ingested 3 grams and slept it off pretty much.

i dk ;) in any case, if the body has a high percentage of content sn = success. vomiting is not 100% saved, it delayed the effect. and of course, we are all individual. given that this is not an instant effect = the dose is hard to pick up.

I only ingested a small amount as I forced myself to throw up. Blacked out afterwards. Did not seek medical help, no apparent adverse effects, it's been a couple of week since then.

It seems that you don't need to take more than 15-20 grams, regardless of your weight. In each case when was vomiting (or was it in all cases?), they took more than 15 grams. This increases the chances of vomiting.
