Stan,

I just made myself a physical copy of all the initial information at the beginning of this thread so that I can reference it when I'm offline.

I just wanted to say thank you again for doing such thorough research and making it available to all of us here. I know I'm one of many who sincerely appreciate all your efforts and hard work, as well as your kindness and sharing it with all of us.

I know you may have been getting some flak recently because you've been trying to expose people who are attempting to spread false information about SN. There may also be those who do not understand or appreciate your sense of humor. I, however, am not one of those people. As I've stated many times before, I haven't laughed as much in years as I have since I came onto this forum and much of that laughter was provided by your delightfully wicked sense of humor.

So, thank you again Stan for the research, the kind and sage advice, and providing me with moments of laughter and frivolity that I probably couldn't have found anywhere else at this point in my life.

Peace.
Me too. Said it much better than I could.

Not much too add or ask just wanted to say thanks for this @Stan I have now changed my plans from exit bag to SN. A simple drink and fade out, no need for canisters or bags. Will fetch the required meds from the Dark Net and the rest I have already purchased, or have prescribed. I'm at peace knowing it is all coming together and will be even easier than what I originally thought when I was thinking of going the exit bag route. Thank you!

Will SN poisoning show in a autopsy? As in, will it show the cause of death as suicide by SN poisoning or will it be a case of natural death (as would be by exit bag via helium in the past)

Thanks, as a coincidence I came here to learn about the bag and found out about SN here.

Just to state that you need an accomplice to make the exit bag look natural which a very dangerous thing for that person as that could be jail time.

Stan, thank you for taking the time to make this excellent guide. Two questions...

1. If I vomit, I understand that I can still die. However, if I feel I can, should I drink a little more? Let's say I vomit one minute after taking the SN. Any thoughts on this are appreciated.

2. If for some reason the SN did not work and I want to try another day instead, am I totally fine to just wait out the symptoms going away or is going to the ER highly recommended?

Thanks!

You are most welcome, glad you find it of use.

Yes, people have reported being sick and still passed on. I aim to make a few glasses and continue to intake SN if any comes uo.

That is down to you. The intelligent method I guess would be to go to ER and say what you have done. The negative part of that is you will probably end up in a psych ward. It is down to each individual how they will work this. Myself, I would wait for the body to cleanse the SN naturally, but that is my decision for my own circumstances.

How long would you know after taking it and presumingly vomiting that the SN wasn't working? Like if you don't go unconscious in 1 hour?

If you are awake after an hour it is a reasonable assumption you have not taken enough

Best to just stick with plain water for many reasons, some already responded to in this thread.

Where can I get these medications?

There are a few methods and I will list them again with how people got them. Please make sure that if you are already on medications to use the drug interaction tracker to understand if they are suitable for you.

Antiemetics.

Most countries have these as prescription only drugs. Some people have gone to their primary care doctor and have been able to get a prescription pretending that they have migraines and feel nauseous. Say that a close family member has the same thing and that they use Metoclopramide that works well for them. You may want to research symptoms of migraines as it is likely the doctor will ask questions. It is such a low level medication that most doctors would prescribe without concern. Some countries will sell the equivalent drug without prescription (UK for example). Just go to a good pharmacy and state you have migraines and you are looking for something to help with the nausea. Do not buy antiemetics that have the purpose of curing travel sickness, they will not work for SN. Internet online pharmacies will also sell this easily. Google online pharmacy and many will appear. It is such a simple drug that there is low risk of fraud.

I notice you say the UK sells the equivalent drug without prescription in a pharmacy however going to the pharmacy and stating I am having bad migraines and a looking for something to help with the nausea, they told me to go to the GP for a prescription. I'm unsure on what I should I be looking out for?

A quick Google search will show you you can buy the meto (and other antiemetics) plus antacids from UK online pharmacies. I've got both that way after filling in an online consultation on the website.

Thanks, curious as it states the tabs are 3mg each, so I should be taking x10 if following the stat dose protocol?

@Stan should get an honorary doctorate for his pharmaceutical philanthropy on here. Or an all-inclusive trip to Vegas, limo and strippers included, paid for by coins thrown into the hat each time someone posts a repeated SN question :ahhha:

I changed my plan, I will use just one anti emetic and no pain killer to make it simple. But not sure which one.

Meto: I have just 25 mg and I haven't taken it yet so I don't know if i will get any side effects, but I could use an anti acid.
Domp: I have a lot, because of that I could test it if I will get side effects, but then I can not use an anti acid.

I read the guideline but I am not sure if I have understood this with zantac. Does it mean just this is not needed but you can use it or it shouldn't be used, better an otc anti acid.

I'm going with the domp and no anti-acid. Just fast longer and do the domp regime. The domp info online says no anti-acids of any kind, even otc ones

Buccastem is Prochlorperazine. I'm surprised it's otc. Maybe the otc version is weaker?

From the wiki page:

So, at first sight, Prochlorperazine might be considered as the premier choice. However, it being the strongest dopamine blocker and affecting the central nervous system (CNS) by crossing the blood-brain-barrier means that the likelihood of experiencing so called extra-pyramidal signs, EPS would be extremely high. EPS in itself is a distressing experience that may well cause you to abort your suicide attempt, or make it practically infeasible. Thus the risks outweigh the protection that you get.

I'll say. Perverting the Course of Justice, maximum penalty in UK = Life Imprisonment.

Not sure how you want that responded.
