On the slim chance I have to go to the ER because I throw up and for some reason, couldn't redose, I wanna come up with a story that won't get me sent to a psych ward like:

Take the benzos at the same time as AE's. 45mins to 1 hour before SN.

How much Benzos? I have 0.25mg tablets
I took my very first Xanax ever the other day and felt like it took an hour to an hour and a half and was only mildly relaxed (didn't put me to sleep) and it was late at night so could have just been sleepy. Any thoughts as to an amount? I don't want to take too much an hour before SN and then fall asleep. But I know my anxiety will be crazy when I CTB. Any help is appreciated

You're not used to it, so keep that in mind. The best advice I can give is to experiment with dosage. Get a good idea of how your body responds, then you can answer your own question. If you take them regularly, I always advise to take slightly more to help with the extra anxiety.
Unless benzos could knock someone out whilst they're still standing/moving around, I don't think this should be an issue. Take it and when you start feeling sleepy, take the SN. Probably wouldn't lie or sit down until the SN has been taken

True. If you take a sensible amount it will just make you drowsy. Combined with the SN and just going to bed should be enough.
If according to PPH 5g is the estimated lethal dose and 15g is advised for an elective death, then why some people take 20-25g or even more? I think that increases the chances of vomiting.
Can I use risperidone in place of Meto? I'm currently not taking it but I have a bottle of it because I used to. Would it work with the 48 hour method or would I have to take t sooner to build up in my system?

Because the PPH was written for the frail and elderly. A physically healthy, younger person needs to consume a higher dose. It also depends on your weight.

Yes, you can use Risperidone in place of Meto. I would take your prescribed daily dose for as long as possible before and then a stat dose.

As far as any of you is aware, should it come in a less than airtight package, do you run any risks just keeping it in your drawer? Does it have any chance of contaminating anything and be dangerous?

How does cannabis interact with any of these medications? Would it act as a worthwhile substitute for meto, or is its antiemetic properties not strong enough?

20gm for what is considered regular sized people. 25gm suggested if you are on the larger side

What do you mean less that air tight? Why wouldn't it be air tight? It won't contaminate anything if you don't open it - don't worry too much. Remember that in v.small quantities people do eat this stuff- in bacon etc.dont panic too much.
