I wouldn't think that would be necessary (although I'm not an expert).

Dopamine blocker are Domperidone, Bromopride and Metoclopradine, you need prescription for all of them, damn

There's online pharmacies you can get them from. Antiemetic is usually recommended but it's not required. You just need an extra glass if you can't get an antiemetic

Hello I have two quick questions maybe it was already answered but I wasn't able to find exact answer via search.

1. What is the difference between paracetamol vs ibubrofen? Which one is better I know ibubrofen is more harmful to eempty stomach so probably paracetamol should be okay before taking SN to reduce headache?
2. Is rennie good anti acid ? I saw someone said he will be using it but just making sure because if this is my last time I want to be 100% sure.

I'm sorry I'm quite overwhelmed and confused with all this information and I have some dumb questions. I apologize if this has already been mentioned but I just wanted someone to clarify:

Besides the main supplies, what else do I need? Someone mentioned to me I need a teaspoon, a digital scale and a beaker but I don't know how many mL it's supposed to hold atleast 50 mL right? Is there anything else besides those three? Also as mentioned before in case of vomiting, should I get a set of beakers probably 3 or would 1 beaker be just fine and put the other 2 in glass cups?

The SN I bought was 99.6% food grade and you've mentioned before that it only lasts 1 year and since that's the case if I do open mine that means my SN would become Ineffective soon afterwards?

I weigh 170 pounds so that's 77.1 kg so how much SN should be enough? Stan mentioned in his guide that 25gm in 50 mL of water for heavy set people, but is that the case for me? Speaking of the water should the water be warm, cold or an exact temperature?

Also what's the timing for the Tagamet and my clonazepam(benzos) ? I know in Stan's guide to take 600mg of ibuprofen 1 hour before SN intake, but I got confused on when exactly to take the Tagamet and my clonazepam (benzos) so what's the timing for them and how many pills or mg for both?

If I can even get it I know so far for the primperan(meto) that I'm supposed to start the 48 hours regimen before taking the SN. But by the off chance that I can't get hold of any meto does that mean that doing the 48 hour regimen is obsolete and if so does that change the timing for the Tagamet, clonazepam and Ibuprofen? So what then?

Room temperature water for the SN
SN degrades but opening it for a bit should be ok as long it's not too long I believe

I believe Tagamet is taken 40 minutes before SN and it's 800mg. (not sure about the benzo stuff)
25g of SN should be enough. Any more than that you'll just throw it up.
For the cups, plastic cups should be fine. Beaker cups I think should be ok.
Stat dose should be ok if you don't have meto.

I guess that statement was thinking about lab/technical grade SN with a 3 year shelf life, perhaps reducing to 2 years when opened and resealed.
For food grade with a 1 year shelf life, perhaps there wouldn't be much reduction if opening it and resealing.... (caveat : best guess)

1. If you check the drug interaction, paracetamol aka Acetaminophen actually accelerates the SN process. So it's better to use paracetamol such as Tylenol etc.

2. It should be although you should check the drug interactions first though. I believe BPD_LE also used the same one.

SN reacts to moisture and heat so be aware of that.
All of those materials should work.

Questions again. Stan mentioned the following about sedatives: "If using sedatives, I would suggest taking the prescribed dose 1 hour before drinking the SN" So 1 x 10 mg of Clonazepam is enough? Also correct me if I'm wrong but I take the clonazepam after I take the ibuprofen?
Also I got confused on this part:
'Double dose of what is recommended on the label of the antacid.' What does this mean so take an additional 1600 mg of the Tagamet 10 minutes after just taking 800 mg of it?
