I've had sex without love, sex with strangers, sex for boredom's sake, sex with intimacy and connection, sex with love - it's all different but that's not to say any of them aren't enjoyable I'm some way. You don't need to be head over heels I'm love with someone to have a decent orgasm. People put way too much focus on having sex with one magical, mystical, perfect person. Personally, I have the desire to have sex. If you aren't even remotely interested in self pleasure, then sex probably isn't going to be fun for you. Male arousal is sort of important for successful intercourse. Im not sure what country you are in, but pretty sure you could get a free lay using Tinder. Failing that, most escorts accept cash unless you're talking about high class escorts £500+ p/h

If there is no desire, then there really isn't anything to discuss here. Suicide & sex outside of marriage are both 'sins' so I don't think 'your maker' will have much to say.

Nah, it's the very definition of the word intimate. Sex is for almost all people in this world who aren't mentally ill or otherwise eccentric one of the most intimate things one can do. By the dictionarys definition intimate means among other things: engaged in, involving, or marked by sex, having a sexual relationship.

The sex work industry causes a lot of harm to millions of women all around the world. People get distracted with the few pornstars who perhaps are participating in sex work "by choice", meaning they're white girls who had other options (like college or a career). But those are so few. Most of the women in porn and prostitution today are not there by choice, they were forced to be there somehow and are now stuck - who will hire them after that? I mean you can try and normalize the fact that women are used and sucked dry like objects from the porn industry or normalize their bodies and sexuality as an item that can be bought by 1000+ of horny strangers whenever they please, but that doesn't mean I have to be silent about it. Or even suggest to OP that he should buy empty sex from a prostitute before he CBTs.

>Study after study shows that the primary reason that women begin selling sex for money is out of economic desperation. Moreover, many women in prostitution began before the age of 18; many feel trapped and feel they have no other realistic opportunities for economic survival.

The site you linked is a random page with absolutely no credentials. Several of the links are to pages that admit they are against all sex work, and they don't include any peer-reviewed research or valid findings of any kind. For a source to have any merit it needs to be a *credible* source, because people can say anything on the internet. So instead of the random site you linked, how about one of the world's oldest, most prestigious peer-reviewed medical journals like The Lancet? The Thomas Reuter's Foundation, another respected organization that works with news and media outlets around the world, summarizes the findings in this handy article if you don't have an account at The Lancet (they're free to make, btw). In debunking the myths it clearly states their research found most sex workers are *not* being trafficked.

However, in my very first comment I made sure to note that I was referring to adult, consensual sex work. Sex trafficking is a completely different subject, but you keep insisting that a massive majority of "these women" (credible links will also teach you that it's not only women who are sex workers) are forced to be there. Which is an even odder thing, because you call them nasty, say they're sucked dry, all this demeaning language, while simultaneously saying they were all forced into it as minors? If we assume you believe what you say, then you talk about underage abuse victims in an extremely disgusting way.

If you truly wanted to learn, you could do that on your own, so I'm not going to spend time further on this conversation. Accurate information is available on reputable sites and in peer-reviewed journals. If you'd rather Google a phrase that involves the word "prostitute" after I already explained that's a slur and click on whatever pops up, that's your choice. For the record, it's of course fine to disagree with someone's personal choices; that's why it's their life and not yours. But that doesn't mean you get to make up facts just because you don't like how they live their life.

How are these not valid finding?

I didn't say most sex workers are trafficked. I said most women who sell sex do it out of economic desperation and poor alternatives. A lot of them get groomed or manipulated. Most of them are of young, vulnerable age.

"Most of the women described their path into the sex trade as a boyfriend transforming into a pimp or a girlfriend becoming a prostitute. A man recognized the woman's situation and gained access through affection, compassion, and a promise to care. In a 1998 study, 88 percent of the prostituted women surveyed stated that they wanted to leave the sex trade industry."
"40%-60% of prostitutes have been sexually assaulted or raped in their lifetimes. "

This is the kind of stuff you call consensual, btw? Manipulation and poor other choices?

>Which is an even odder thing, because you call them nasty, say they're sucked dry, all this demeaning language, while simultaneously saying they were all forced into it as minors?

I literally never called the women nasty. You're making this shit up. I said sex work has a huge, nasty side to it. And yes these industries very often do suck the workers dry and replace them quickly or expose them to a lot of danger such as rape/sexual assault, stalking and STDs. I'm aware that men also do sex work (quote) but it disproportionately "employs" women and children and the primary "buyer" is men. Are we supposed to just pretend that misogyny, rape, and unequal social status aren't especially prescient under such conditions?

Men managed to manipulate women into pretending "It would be sooo empowering for you to suck 1000+ dicks for money! You go girl!" as they profit the most from it, obviously. And women who do sex work learned to cope with their work and "easy" (not so much in long term damage or risks) work by applying this logic to themselves.

Honestly, I wish you'd check in with yourself, and check yourself.

You have defined this person you don't even know as permanently outraged over everything.

You have defined the OP as incapable.

Do you not hear how belittling you are being?

Do you not hear yourself entering their heads and telling them for themselves who and what they are?

Dude, who talked that way to you first?

I did not DEFINE the op, I am simply stating that young people have a lot less ability to see the future because they are only STARTING life.

As for the person who was outraged at what I said, I don't have time to deal with simpletons who choose to read into what I say, something I didn't say.

This is supposed to be a pro-choice site. That doesn't mean we can't tell 20-year-olds that there is a lot they don't know!

I'm going to stop responding to stupid comments from stupid people. Fuck you for pissing me off. You think you're a lib, you're not, you're just an idiot
Well, I think, if we can't come into an agreement, you should at least try to explain this instead of saying "Lol. You're too young to die. Things get better."

Because this is the kind of thing people hear everyday. It invalidates them and makes them feel worse, and may think that they would be shunned from this site INCLUDING the recovery page because their feelings are invalid. Maybe try explaining this kind of thing to them before you just come down on them, because it sounds a little condescending.

I didn't say
"Lol. You're too young to die. Things get better."

only an outraged idiot would think I said that. Don't put words in my mouth. Go vote for some corporatist feminist and stop talking to me

if you are religious, most religions disagree with suicide so losing your virginity is a mini sin compared to that one.
The Judeo-Christian original bible mentions nothing about suicide being a sin. Jesus was extremely compassionate on this issue.

To my guy - as a pornstar myself, who began with Asian massage parlors, GO FOR IT. Your pride is, at the end of the day, all you have.
