I thought for a moment that you may not have known what a hymen was, and that I was about to ruin your world lol... I felt so bad, but sometimes people gotta know because eventually you might have brought it up to someone who would have known lol! It's like that Frozen Movie meme. "I'm gonna tell him." "Don't you dare!" lol! Glad everything is okay <3
Ye, all the boys and girls I was talking to, were saying that it was blood the first time. And when my friend told me that hymen is elastic and should not be torn, I thought what the hell, are you sure... And she was right. In some nations if there is no blood after first night after marriage, it is a shame for the whole family. Damn, we are living in 2020 and still know nothing about hymen. -_-

Seems to me the two are not mutually exclusive.
Hey I'm cool. I came from a very different cultural background and it's not like I was dying to have sex at a young age. I don't have any problems with sex. It's the horrible anxiety and depression that I have with failing most of the things I was planning to do in life. Sex was one I was looking to have at anytime I felt I could meet the other criteria and I never finished any of them. I feel like I messed up and time is definitely not on my side. I knew if I couldn't meet the goals I set before a certain time then I don't deserve to breed. I know that sound like a lot but it's just how I see my whole life up till my suicide that is a coming. :ahhha::ahhha::ahhha:

Timelines are arbitrary and reproduction is definitely not the main motivation for most people I know. You can kill yourself if you want but imposing a timeline that you made up yourself is like the time I didn't want to see New Year's Day and so tossed a coin to decide whether to go to the hospital or off myself. Anyway you don't need anyone's permission or validation if suicide is what you want.

Perhaps you can ward off that feeling by doing some community service. That helps me a lot when I feel bad about myself. Anyway I have to duck out of this conversation now. I wish you the best.

I don't know I want to hire an escort and do what it do? Should I just stay pure and sinless when I meet my maker? :sunglasses:

Losing your virginity doesn't make you a "man", I don't know who made up such an absurd concept. It's something for you to decide instead of asking other people but if you want my opinion, which is an unpopular one, I'd say stay pure and sinless :)

You can try it. Why not? You can do everything. But sex without love is similar as masturbation.

You should experience sex at least once before u go out. But don't have unrealistic expectations because when u hire an escort the odds are u won't experience a real connection and mutual attraction. Sometimes u can meet a sex worker and u two might have chemistry but that's not the norm. Odds are u will be attracted but she won't be that into u. So u can't judge sex in this context because it's not the real deal with someone u have an emotional connection to and established trust to be vulnerable with.

I've thought about this as well recently, as my CTB date rears its ugly head.

While it would be nice to experience sex, I just can't bring myself to pay for it. It would put a damper on my ego, and right now I just can't be bothered to do all the booking and traveling required.

But, I don't know: If a girl just randomly bumped into me and offered to have sex with me for a little bit of money, I'd probably accept.

Well, being molested by my brother and losing her virginity at age 4 and given herpes, I say masturbate. Some thing. Less hassle.

I had the same feeling about having children. I ended up not having them. I always wondered if I should.

Put it this way, as shit as you feel why not try living your life still for the time being? You never know what's round the corner and might find someone you connect with and it could happen naturally. Also a lot of females are put off by this (prostitution), what you do find someone you connect with but have already done this and they then change their opinion of you due to this? Surely this would then push you further to wanting to ctb. As hard as it is surely it would be more beneficial and meaningful to lose it to someone you care about and feelings are reciprocated? Just a thought

There are actually sex workers who enjoy sexual variety so much that the money is a bonus, they would do it for free. I had a close friend suddenly become a part-time sex worker for that reason. So, your perceptions about sex workers would result in your feeling dirty, but it wouldn't necessarily be the OP's experience. He might feel a myriad of other ways about it.

It might be possible, but I think it's a cope mechanism. Most sex workers once they stop (ex-prostitutes) don't look back too fondly on this time, and can you blame them? Sex is one of the most intimate things you can possibly do and you're giving it out for money sharing it with thousands of horny strangers. The whole thing of "it's empowering" is just a way for these women cope with what they do and also to sound more appealing to their clients. I'm sure there's a tiny minority that have only had good experiences and truly don't see the nasty side of it, but for the most part, it's not anyone's first choice and they would rather work in their dream career but sex work just pays very well.

To each their own though.

If you want to before you exit, you should go for it.
You don't need to pay for sex, if that makes you feel bad, you can use apps like tinder or dating sites, you will definitely find someone, that is interested in you. I lost my libido in my twenties, I personally don't have this desire.

Sex is nothing but an act, its making love to someone that matters and that is special and worth waiting for. Shame society has got that sex is everything, when end the day, it isn't.
Wow! It took 74 posts before somebody finally got it right!
I would rather masturbate than have sex with someone who is not special.

You are right, I overlooked that part "to become a man". You are a man nevertheless, you had sex or not. What even does it mean to be a "man", if you need to have sex with somebody?

regarding the title, what does virginity have to do with being a man? if you've got nuts, you're a man. putting your dink in something doesn't make you any more of one.

I want to leave the earth feeling gracious and dignified. Idk? It's such a confusing thing for me. Besides they will check my credit card to see my final purchases. I don't want a prostitute to be it.
Maybe you can pay in cash.. and I think, if you can turn off the tought that you are paying and she does a "good job" and I don't mean just some plain sex.. She make you feel like "the man" for a night... Just make shure that if you are going to do it, you find a really good one. I mean.. Yeah you pay for it.. but you can't take the money with you so why not spend a little more is what I am thinking.

To each their own though.

These are all YOUR opinions about sex that you're putting on other people. For YOU sex is "one of the most intimate things you can possibly do". For many others, it's love, trust and other emotions that create intimacy, and the physical aspect is not important.
The whole point of respecting people's bodily autonomy is recognizing that we have absolutely no right to put our opinions on others, and we can't guess what they feel when we're not living their lives. Saying that it's nasty and that sex workers are lying about being okay with their jobs is not erased by saying "to each their own" at the end. Your statements are exactly why sex workers are looked at as, in your exact words, "nasty" and judged by people who know absolutely nothing about them. You would do well to educate yourself instead of spreading false and demeaning ideas.

Nah, it's the very definition of the word intimate. Sex is for almost all people in this world who aren't mentally ill or otherwise eccentric one of the most intimate things one can do. By the dictionarys definition intimate means among other things: engaged in, involving, or marked by sex, having a sexual relationship.

The sex work industry causes a lot of harm to millions of women all around the world. People get distracted with the few pornstars who perhaps are participating in sex work "by choice", meaning they're white girls who had other options (like college or a career). But those are so few. Most of the women in porn and prostitution today are not there by choice, they were forced to be there somehow and are now stuck - who will hire them after that? I mean you can try and normalize the fact that women are used and sucked dry like objects from the porn industry or normalize their bodies and sexuality as an item that can be bought by 1000+ of horny strangers whenever they please, but that doesn't mean I have to be silent about it. Or even suggest to OP that he should buy empty sex from a prostitute before he CBTs.

>Study after study shows that the primary reason that women begin selling sex for money is out of economic desperation. Moreover, many women in prostitution began before the age of 18; many feel trapped and feel they have no other realistic opportunities for economic survival.

Prostitution is a horrible industry 99.9999% of the time. What might possibly be a good time for you could be a traumatic memory for her for the rest of her life. Also sex doesn't make you a man, you ARE a man. If you can get laid naturally, then go for it, but prostitution's a nasty business. You seem like a very sweet guy btw, I am so sorry you are having such a horrible time. Like somebody said, something like bungee jumping would be a thrill.
